SCH 'A' Pt - X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Contains Ser item No 34.00 to Ser item No 6.01)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), in PVC conduit complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through with and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia ( heavy duty ) ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow,junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken box of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable length and 1.2mm thick ), 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting with frame and top cover for switches and socket ,fan regulator, for light/fan point controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note for serial item no.4.01 to 4.04 :switches , sockets & fan regulator shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ.

All as per item No . 4.01 here in before but for socket outlet 5 pin 5/6 Amp on same board, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 4.01 here in before but for socket outlet 6 pin, 15/16 Amp multi purpose, 2 in 1 on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm cable & including 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring concealed PVC conduit with two single core of size 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium quality of size 20 mm dia conforming to 3537 Part-I ISI marked including one single core of size 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade as in contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as directed. (Colour code phase-Red, Nuetral-black and Earth as Green) complete all as specified & directed.Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit , conduit accessories i.e. PVC Clamp, rawl plug, screws, PVC junction box, Tee, bend etc. and earth wire included in sub main wiring and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (b) Three single core 6 Sqmm cable including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia shall be measured as one length.

Supply , fixing and Testing New gerneration energy saving & long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP 65 luminaire with high power LED of 35 watt with toughened glass complete suitable for direct mounting on pipe bracket, fixing on wall with and including brackets made out of 40mm bore GI tubing light grade 1.20mtr long with suitable bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample)with reduced nipple to match dia of the light fitting, fixing with MS clamp (02 Nos) and nut bolts, including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint on bracket and clamp over a coat of red oxide primer, including making electric connection with using twin core copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing wall mounted Retro LED 20 watt, Batten decorative type, appx 4 feet long, pre wired including LED tube light 20W, 6000K, with inbuilt driver complete fitting and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV ( EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for Cutting of Existing 50mm GI medium grade Pipe line making connection for 25mm GI Pipe medium grade including fittings as required at site and necessary jointing material i.e , nuts, bolts,washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate of fittings as required at site and necessary jointing material i.e , nuts, bolts,washers fittings as required at site is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V ( EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)
