M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment.

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 litre (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats as on wall/ ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surfaces of walls, roof projection/windows chajjas & similiar and applying weather proof two coats water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge Note for Item No 1 to 6 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall, roof projection/window chajjas and similar surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/L and UC resistance as per IS 15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 L/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90L/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall, roof projection/ window chajjas and similar surfaces and applying one coat weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as per manufacturer's manual and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of existing surface finished by 1 mm thick of wall care putty on surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on old wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of existing surface finished by 1 mm thick of wall care putty as on ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer on old wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing/cutting trees vegetation, digging out roots from concrete or brick wall filling holes on building wall/roof/chajja/water tanks tagging area etc and making good with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding upto 7 meter height and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall including cornices plasters and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of wall and curing after applying each coat upto 7 meter height complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and curing the surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall including cornices plasters and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete in CM 1:3 in facia or edging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projection making the line in true shape finished even & smooth without using extra cement including scaffolding up to 7 meter height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling, chajjas and roof projection and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
