M & L for local sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR-Part-1 before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 180mm after laying complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.)

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover on the cable in the trench,classl LV, Type-I, flat size 250mm X150mmX40mm(1100 volts LT cable) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete for fixing poles etc including excavation of any strata & relaxing taken out cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping / plinth blocks for poles and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary Steel form work and finishing the surfaces fair in forms complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and incl galvanized strip 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I 1991 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

M&L for preparation of old painted fencing any type (channel/barbed wire etc) of LT Feeder pillars and sub stations, angle iron by scrubbing, cleaning and painting with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing, cable route marker for LT cable duly engraved on 100 mm dia MS round plate 3 mm thick, duly painted with yellow colour reflective paint, and fixed on MS angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm , length 600mm and embedded in PCC (1:2:4) concrete block of size 230mmx230mmx150mm, complete with excavation work etc reqd to complete the job all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Old unserviceable material retrieved from site shall be deposited to E/M yard in his own arrangements by the contractor. (ii) PCC measured and paid separetely in respctive items.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches, sub station rooms, two pole/four pole structure surroundings to make a overall presentable condition all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of following accessories in repair of Lt panels of various sizes at various location complete all as specifed by Engr-in Charge or GE :- Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

Volt meter digital, 96 x 96mm size, 0-500 volts, AC, complete all as specified and directed.

Ampere meter digital, 96 x 96mm size, 0-100A size, AC, complete all as specified and directed.

Phase indicating lamps LED type RYB, complete all as specified and directed.

Four position selector switch for ammeter/Voltage meter, complete all as specified and directed.

Die cast resin CT for digital Amp meter of any capacity and ratio of CT, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring of voltmeter or ammeter with copper conductor single core 1.5 sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 32 mm x 6 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

Checking, testing Taking out all the LT cables by cutting old rusted nuts,bolts etc, refreshing all the cables (one in comming and 4 to 8 out going) by providing new lugs, MS nuts, bolts & washers and required excavation work, returning filling, removal and making god. welding of panels hings including making proper locking arrangement of LT panel ront and rear doors and proper opening and clossing. Painting of LT Panels with smoke gray paint over a paint of redoxide. Marking incoming & out going feeder to particular block/ Bldg Nos with white paint etc. complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge.a) Excavtion and earth work for taking out cable loop will be included in the rate of the same deemed included in the quoted rate by the contractor, not paid seperately.

S&F in replacment of u/s tubing 'light grade' 40 mm bore inner dia galvanised iron with all fittings including fixing on poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Old mtrl retrieved will be deposited to E/M yard by the contractor his own arrangements.

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable Nature Switch (using infrared sensor technology) based automatic street light control panel. The panel whould be suitable enough to take three phase load of 5 KW with surge protection device, with 03 Nos contractor, 03 Nos incoming MCB & 03 Nos outgoing MCB rating of 16-20 Amp each & circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 sqmm, enclosed with SMC enclosure. Required illuminance level for switching on is lux and for switchind off 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of Min 4 hrs to Max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming outgoing MCBs should be enclosed ina pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosre (with (hinged lid) conforming to IP-66 protection class 2. The circuit whould also have provision for manul operation (i.e sensor bypass option) Note :- Old mtrl retrieved will be deposited to E/M yard by the contractor his own arrangements.

Material and Labour for in replacement Danger notice plate 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20cm x 15cm size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Old unserviceable material should be deposited to the MES E/M stroe by the contractor by his own arrangements without any financial benefits complete all as specified by Engineer in Charge and GE.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system confirming to IS:8623/93, outdoor type floor mounted alongwith factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick with ingress protection of IP-54 grade having heat shrinkable sleeves, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The panel shall be front openable and having inner & outer shells. The inner shell dully compartmented for each control gear, including powder coating internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements. The size of the outer shell should bot be less than 1500 mm x 2000 mm x 900 mm , mounted on angle iron stand made out of angel size 50x 50 x 6mm grouted in PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 70 cm above the ground level and 45 cm below the ground level (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including accomodating the following gears and accessories :- (a) Digital Ammeter 0 to 500 Amps digital type with built in selector switch, CT's of suitable ratio (set of three) = 01 Set (b) Digital voltmeter 0 to 500 Volt digital type with built in selector switch = 01 No (c) Indication Lamps LED Type (RYB) = 01 Set (d) Internal wiring of suitable size of copper conductor cable (e) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amp for three phases and 400 Amp for neutral. M&L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of concrete poles 9 Mtr height complete and one coat of cement base paint on the complete surface from top of PCC foundation block, making alternative black and white strips VE waterproof high density reflective self adhesive strips on pole ( each strip 30cm height) upto 1.5 Mtr from the base of pole and writing pole nos. including applying one coat of cement base paint on exposed surface of PCC coping and foundation blocks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement FRP cable looping boxes with PVC sheet finish inside including MCB SP 6/10 Amp1 No, heavy duty PVC connector 4 way Terminal strip 01 No & fixed to pole with suitable size clamp with nuts, bolts complete as specified as directed

M&L preparing existing old surface of steel tubular poles of 09 Mtr / 11 Mtr long (LT/HT) and one coat of aluminium paint on the surfaces of steel tubular pole and painting black and white strips 04 Nos (each strip of 30 cm height) with synthetic enamel paint of black and white colour round the steel tubular pole alternatively from the bottom of the pole also incl numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
