Supply and fixing of heavy duty 380 mm sweep, double bearing copper wounded metallic exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 Volts having 1400 +/- 50RPM and power consumption not more than 45 watt with minimum air delivery 700 CMH including box type square shaped metallic louvers made out of powder coated CRCA sheet of thickness not less than 01 mm alongwith Aluminium flaps and fixed with grouting nut & bolts and making the suitable hole of suitable size by breaking the existing wall and making good the disturbed surface by plastering and matching with existing specifications with suitable finishes as per site requirement complete including disconnecting electrically and taking down old existing exhaust fans and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wall mounted three blade, copper wounded fan AC single phase 230/240 Volts of size 450mm sweep 1400 ± 100 RPM with an air delivery rate of up to 65 ± 5 cubic metres per minute with three - speed control and pull cord mechanism including wall mounting arrangements and connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete including disconnecting electrically and taking down old existing wall mounted fans and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installing of the electric water storage heater of CRC body with metal top & bottom of 25 Iitres capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 Star rated with advance heat resistant technology for power saving, vertical type, crafted with superior corrosion resistant stainless steel tank copper heating element, NRV, capillary thermostate and disc cut out for dual perfection against high temperature, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flexible connection for pipe of size 15 mm dia bore with G.I hexagonal adopters / Nuts on both sides for inlet (cold water supply) & outlet ( hot water supply) and including provision of wall mounting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete including disconnecting electrically and taking down old existing capacity geysers and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 3.5 core including making good all disturbed wall surfaces / flooring/ tilling /road to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L River sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning before laying the cable, the trench shall be provided with a layer of sand of 8 cm depth and the cable has been properly straightened, it shall be covered with sand to a depth of 15 cm, then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the uppermost cable and punning shall be done by hand all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old size brick well burnt laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down GI Pipe any size/type all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for Gl Tubes, light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches/fixed to pole for protection of cable of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Gl Tubes, light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches/fixed to pole for protection of cable of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 28 here-in-above but of size 20 mm bore cut to piece and fixed with PCC pole with suitable size clamps, nut, bolt and washers for cable protection all as required at site all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade twin core of size 1.5 Sqmm cut to pieces in colour coding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair weatherproof junction box of size minimum 328x239x129 mm outdoor type made out of thermo polycarbonate to accommodate 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x6 mm rating 200 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps IP-65 with hinged door and triangular locks water proof, shocked proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid resistance/fire retardent and self extinguishing UV resistance complete fixed on pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down street/flood lights fitting any type/capacity from PCC pole with clamps all as specified and directed.

Refixing of street/flood light fittings any type retreived from Srl item No 32 here-in-above on PCC/steel pole in same location all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking down street light bracket any type/size with all accessories from PCC/ steel pole all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of Gl pipe 1.2 mtr long, 32mm dia medium grade bend to shape as directed including clamps made out of 40mm x 6mm flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for street light poles including nuts and bolts of required size including painding with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer compelte all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of PCC pole up to 9 meter height for parameter lights without removing accessories with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 meter height using synthetic enamell paint Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.e clamps, channels etc by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.

S&F in replacement of automatic timer switch for ON/OFF street lights based yearly time switch with current rating of 40 Amps 2 pole 230 Volts AC, 50 Hz max and sensor based timer should also having over voltage and low voltage trip with auto reset facility complete with MCB 40 Amps, single pole, contactor of rating 25 amps and 10 Sqmm wiring suitable for upto 5 KW load fixed in suitable size of SMC/Polycarbonate box IP-65 etc complete with all electric connection all as specifed and directed.

Taking down interlocking tiles carefully any type and refixing the same to match existing specifications after excavation for laying of cables of complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, (using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregates) for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc including demolition & dismantling of existing cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying XLPE cable etc including removing the debris from the site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for cable protection pipe upto 80/40 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level)
