Point wiring (using approved colour coding as per IS) with 1100 volts grade, stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH,PVC insulated and unsheathed cable IS 694 marked TEC and FIA approved and including PVC concealed conduit(thickness not less than 1.5mm and 20 m dia) and its fittings ISI marked PVC junction boxes terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box for mounting of modular switches/sockets/fan regulators and white cover plate with frame, also including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly including necessary cutting/chases complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for One light point controlled by one switch or one (Ceiling/ Wall/ Exhaust) fan point controlled by one switch and regulator and one bell point controlled by one bell push (Switches and regulators shall be measured and paid for separately.) ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth) Note :Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure 8 ways double door for DBs when MCBs are to be used 240,volts including 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all flush mounting type, drilling holes for incoming and out going cables with IP43 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MCB , SPN, 240 Volts ,32-40 amp for fixing in DBs of including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix MCB, single pole 240 volts 6 to 32 Amp capacity for fixing in DB’s including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix LED mirror light with Linear & compact 9W mirror light with decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbed opal diffuser of capacity 9 watt. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x35 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bemd to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick electrode burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, provn of 40 mm RCC with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade Gl pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving of old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.

Supply and fix LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 W, 4 feet long 230V, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twisted flexible PVC copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose all as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. all as specified & directed

Material & Labour for Sub main wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH ,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through PVC concealed conduit 25 mm dia including 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed. Note 1:- 2 Runs of 4.00 Sqmm Copper conductor cable, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 4.00 Sqm Copper conductor Earth wire shall be measured as one unit) Note2 : Rate quoted for this items shall be inclusive of the cost of (i) Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. (ii) Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces, cutting not exc. 10 cm girth . (iii) Taking out/down existing unserviceable sub main wiring.

Material and labour for taking out branch connection from existing CI/DI pipe line upto 250 mm bore by using ferrule including insertion of TEE of 50x50x25 mm etc complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 0.9 mtr x 0.9 mtr x 0.9 mtrs ( bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of gate valve to provide sufficient working space) , bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The gate valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with galvanised steel hindges two nos ,and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide as specified and directed

Material & Labour for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric LT cables (heavy duty) 16 sqmm 4 core ,earthed system, stranded aluminium conductor including cable glands, cable lugs etc, to suit the cable size, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixing along the poles or passing through the pipes or laid under floors or through walls/ducts etc. complete all as specified

Material & Labour for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes)
