M&L for Replacement outer body of desert cooler of standard size made of GI sheet 19 gauge thickness including fan motors,tullu pump, side Shutters, legs and front grill with (Selector switch,and piano type switch) accessories, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Starting capacitor 4 mfd heavy duty.Make : Usha/Tibeon/Keltron

Repair/Replacement of cooling coil copper type of window/Split type AC cap 1.5 TR including connected work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/Replacement of condenssor coil copper type of Window/Spilt type AC Cap 1.5 TR including connected work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing outdoor unit of Split Type invertor AC of capacity 2.0 Ton Including copper condenser coils, Condenser fan motor, PCB plate, mounting stand, copper pipe and connecting items sitable for hot and cold AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. REPAIR/MAINT FOR CEILING/EXHAUST FANS

Taking down/ dismantling complete ceiling fan from the site/MES store of size 1200/1400 mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan,cutting the unserviceable winding of starter, rotor and taking out ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as specified and directed and re-assembling complete ceiling fan fixing only with old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and refixing the same at that position after complete repair directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- 1. Ball bearing, Gun metal bush and condensor are measured and paid separately as supply only rates and minor spares like rubber bush shackle,holder deemed to beinclude in quoted rates). 2. Repair/Rewinding of fan shall be carried out in MES yard to bring adequate winding machine,tools & plants and necessary motor winder at site as directed.

All as per Item No.35 here-in-before but exhaust fan of size 220/250/300/380/450 mm sweep.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, servicing/overhauling and replacement of bush, bearing, condenser complete all as specified and directed and writing MES number as as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :1. Bush, condensor, ball bearing are measured and paid separately as supply only rates and minor spares like , rubber bush shackle,holder deemed to be include in quoted rates ) 2. Repair/Servicing of fan shall be carried out in MES yard/User site to bring adequate serviceable condition winding machine,tools & plants and necessary motor winder at site as directed.

All as per item No 37 here in before but exhuast fan 220/250/300/380/450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed and marking MES number ass as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of PCB (Panel circuit board) suitable for BLDC ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep ISI marked duly housing in side ceiling fan body after taking down and fixing the ceiling fan after serviceble position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing number of 6201/6202/6203/6204 as required complete all as specified and directed. (Make : NBC).

S&F for Condenser 2/2.5/3.15.4.0 MFD with PVC housing as per existing capacity and make as per sample and confirming to ISI complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Universal/Standard/Jyoti/Usha)

Supply only down rod 300 mm long of size 20 mm dia for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ceiling fan blades suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep suitable for exising make & type as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Exhasust fan blades suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep suitable for exising make & type as per sample complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Labour for identifiying the fault occurs in AC, Refrigerator, Water Cooler, Deep Freezer, Desert Cooler, Ceiling Fan and Exhaust Fan etc. included in respective items quoted rates.
