Material & labour for laying Premix bituminous concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30, content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per clause 507 MORTH (5th revision) specification and as directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content, Job mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH ( 5th revision) for BC shall be worked out from any Govt Lab/Govt Engg college/CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the contractor and same shall be submit for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before execution. The cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 50/kg of binder and NO adjustment shall be made on plus side. (ii) Cost of filler i.e. cement (OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (iii) After spreading of mix as as per clause 507.4.7 MORTH (5th revision) entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight , followed by finished rolling 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per clause No 507.4.8 MORTH (5th revision) and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) The contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorpoation of the same in the work.

Material & labour for providing and laying Premix bituminous macadam of average compacted thickness 50mm, using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 @ and binder content of 4% by weight of total mix with mixing of aggregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type Hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per clause 504 MORTH (5th revision) specification and as directed. Note :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against item considering 4% VG-30 bitumen content, Job mix formula as per clause No. 505.3.3 of MORTH ( 5th revision) for BM shall be worked out from any Govt Lab/Govt Engg college/CTL for obtaining optimum binder content (OBC) by the contractor and same shall be submit for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before execution. (ii) The BM shall be covered with top layer/wearing course within a maximum of 48 hours. If there is to be any delay by the contractor, course shall be covered by seal coat to the requirement of clause 512 of MORTH (5th revision) before opening to the traffic. The seal coat in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid for separately. (iii) The contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorpoation of the same in the work. (iv) Paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using BM.

Material and labour for road marking thermo plastic reflective paint 2 mm thick in strips of 100mm/150mm width on new road surface to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm conforming to MORTH clause No 803-4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of existing road marking paint and Material and labour for road marking thermo plastic reflective paint 2 mm thick in strips of 100mm/150mm width on old road surface to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm conforming to MORTH clause No 803-4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement two way (dual direction) reflective road stud ABS body (cat eye) of size 100mmx 100mm x 18.5 mm, with amber/red/yellow reflective panels and fixing on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying exessive pressure and additional fixed with zinc plated steel nail of size 8mm dia 120mm long at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement solar road stud having 3 LED of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125 x 125mm or 120 x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying exessive pressure and additional fixed with zinc plated steel nail of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surface / kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of water based road marking paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour (one colour or alternative colour as directed) complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing convex mirror of 1000 mm dia made from long life poly carbonate with strong impact resistant and shattler proof fitted with a sun shield or protective hood of colour as approved by GE, provided with 75mm dia mild steel pipe (suitable length as directed) duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer, including embedding in PCC (1:2:4, type B1) block of size 450x450x600mm including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing road speed breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector, high impact resistant ABS plastic body of size 250mmx345mm, 50mm height, fixing the same on road surface by applying adhesive and steel nails as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying ready mix bituminous premix for instant road repair complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Packing Size of each bag 25 Kg.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surface / kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying one coat of water based road marking paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour (one colour or alternative colour as directed) complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cement concrete as in Kerb Stone of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing/laying factory made kerb stone of size 30x15x45cm/ 30x15x60cm of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, including necessary excavation/earth work and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position including removing rubbish material from site and thrown in low lying empty area as directed by Engineer-in-charge at any distance complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern (tectile/warning tiles), made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying for RCC pipes 150mm dia class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing precast factory made RCC bollard 95cm height and 15cm dia, fixing/ embedding in PCC (1:3:6), type C1) block of size 200x200x300mm including necessary earthwork and form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Quality and design shall be approved by GE before placing the order.

Supply and fixing/laying precast factory made PCC jallie 40mm thick with side ancoring 75mm thick made with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, laid as tree surround on earth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quality, shape and designe shall be approved by GE before placing the order.
