Supply & fixed Ductile iron fittings of Class K-12, PN 1.6 special suitable for push on jointing as per IS 9523/2000 such as (radius and angle) tapers any type(straight bends increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch,double branch cross tail pieces reducers(all socketed or socket and spigoted/flanged) collars caps and plugs suitable for 80 to 150mm dia DI pipes with inside cement mortar lining and out side zinc coating followed by bitumen coating including taking down complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cast iron sluice valve suitable for 150mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc including taking down complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement cast iron sluice valve suitable for 100mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rewinding of submersible motor of any make & capacity 25/30 HP by using existing size and gauge of PVC insulated single core copper conductor submersible winding wire including all insulated material complete .Note :- Rates are including lifting of column pipe and submersible motor,transportation all allied accessories required for repair/rewinding and reassembling the submersible motor at existing sites lowering, connecting, testing,commissioning of repaired pump set with existing size column pipes all as specified and directed.

M&L disconnecting connections and taking out existing chlorination pumping set and reconnecting after repair and testing the same complete all as specified and directed .Note:- The rates of new parts are included in the quoted rates.

S&F calcium hypochlorite having 60% to 70% available chlorine must contain appropriate quantities of dispersants/corroson inhibitor to prevent encrustation/scaling in distribution system note contractor supplier must submit govt lab test report of calcium hypochlorite alonbgwith each delivery packed in 45 KG plastic drum complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated flat submersible cable 10 sqmm, 3 core with copper conductor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L pressure gauge for pump at pump houses/tubewell complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cleaning, painting of overhead tank out and in side, Painting to raising/deleivery/wash out/over flow CI/GI pipe line 150 mm dia Over Head reservoir (RCC) as per existing colour (Apex) code including preparation of old surface of painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint from ground level to bottom of the dome of the tank complete removing all scale & dirt from bottom & walls and from mouth of circulation pipes of overhead tank of capacity 50,000 gallons at staging height exceeding 15 metre and not exceeding 21.5 metre and disinfecting chemical the same using disinfecting chemical (chlorine) complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of neccessary scaffolding,supports,all type of cleaning material etc.Appx paint for RCC tank & structure and inlet & outlet pipe syenthic enamel paint.

M&L repairs of valve pit chambers of size 900mmX900mmx1200mm upto 45 cm including brick work in CM 1:4 using old size sub class 'B' bricks, cement plaster 15mm in CM 1:4 and refixing existing steel cover with frame and painting the steel cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Repairs of valve pit chambers of size 900mmX600mmX900mm upto 45 cm including brick work in CM 1:4 using old size sub class 'B' bricks, cement plaster 15mm in CM 1:4 and refixing existing steel cover with frame and painting the steel cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply , fixing, testing and commssioning electonic water level indicator device sensor system with LED , 10 level showing water level in cm/mtr (before overflow) as per predetermined limits and power failure , complete all accessories complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement automatic star-delta starter in sheet metal enclosures, 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz type ML-3 with overload relay range 30-50 Amp suitable upto 50 HP electric motor all as specified and directed.

Supply only chlorination test kit complete all as specified & directed..

Testing potability of water by chemical analysis as per IS- 10500 such as PH value, dissolved solids, hardness as CaCO3, calcium, magnesium, chlorides, sulphates, nitrate, alkalinity, iron, turbidity NTU, mineral oil, colour hazen units, taste, odour, residual free chlorine, total coliform per 100ml (microbiological test) & E coli per 100ml (microbiological test) as well as bacteriological portability from any Govt. Laboratory or any NABL accrediated lab complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for MCCB 63 Amp, 415 V, 25 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for MCCB 100 Amp, 415 V, 36 KA, 4 pole with adjustable thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix for onload changeover switch 63 A, 4P 415 V with enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

Developement of stabilizing/desiliting of the existing borewell size 300/200 mm dia by using suitable capacity of air compressor/ special tools/ accessories and arrangement required for Job etc.after compressor devolopment of the borewell by using higher size submersible pump minimum 4 to 6 hrs time or upto crystel clear water discharge all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates shall be inclusive of hiring of air compressor/ fuel required, special tools/ accessories, transportation of the same, disposal of discharged water including labour charges for specialy trained man poower for the work of disiliting of borewell.

M& L for earthing complete with & including galvanized MS earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, with lop edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire soldered and riveted or connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts , check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part- I (2009) and connected to panel board, all as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth wire 4 mm dia duly protected with and including 15 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe upto 7.5 (maximum) meter from electrode to earth point including provn of the earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate and GI light grade watering pipe of 20mm dia bore with funnel with wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth chamber, 50 mm thick RCC cover using cementconcrete 1:2:4 type B-0 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work and MS frame using MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm complete all as specified & directed.NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.
