Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) in trenches ducts, pipe on walls, poles of following sizes completed all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of transformer step down, 11 KV/433 volt as per IS-1180 Part-I 2014 including amendment upto bid submission end date, energy efficient level -II, Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) cooled, outdoor type, copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 100 KVA, oil immersed having vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type, complete with and including first filling of transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually operated, off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage to (+) 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each, cable end box at LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all accessories and under mentioned fittings complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (xi) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica gel (xii) 03 Nos. Porcelain HV bushing with arcing horn on HV side with bushing rod (xiii) One cable end box on LV side with 4 Nos. porcelain bushing with rod (xiv) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of effecient functioning of the transformer. (xv) Necessary metallic channel for mounting transformer on two pole structure. Note:- (i) The drawing of transformer shall be approved by accepting officer on the receipt of request from the contractor through GE. (ii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises and reports will be deposited with purchase voucher. (iii) Contractor will arrange necessary equipments and material to facilitate testing of transformer by SEI/EI/AEI. (iv) Necessary metallic channel for mounting transformer on two pole structure paid separetely under respective schedule of BOQ.

Material and labour for switch air brake gang operated triple pole mechanically operated vertically /horizontally mounted on HT insulators (9 insulators type ) and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanizing worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install testing and commissioning of weather and vermin proof LT feedar pillar box (Panel board) factory fabricated outdoor type totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure of suitable size, with angle iron frame of MS angle 40 X 40 X 6 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting suitable and sufficient nos circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cables of adequate size, duly powder coated (15 micron) grey hammer tone with one coat of including connecting with LT armoured incoming and outgoing cables and including required sizes of cable lugs and angle iron stand with PCC work complete all as specified and directed and consisiting of following :-

(a) Aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp current rating capacity, length as actually required at site for 3 phase and neutral, mounted on epoxy/FRP bus bar insulator. M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 03 protected by galvanised iron light grade 15 mm dia pipe and GI Pipe 20 mm light grade for water filling including 15x20 mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 5 of 1991 (Part-I) including taking out old existing earthing complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil for laying under ground cable and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed .

M&L well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise all as directed.

Supply, straining and stringing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor including binding with aluminium conductor as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing suitable for passing GI tubing up to 80 mm bore complete all as specified.

M&L for galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing of size 40 mm bore dia, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with mild steel clamps , bolts ,nuts and washers complete all as specified of following bore and as directed.
