(x) As a part of maintenance, OEM will provide basic training to rescue operator and CUSTOMER/USER with respect to rescuing passengers entrapped in elevators. (xii) Mob No. of OEM technician and rescue oprs wiil be displayed on each lift and Guard room. (xiii) Maintenance records as mentioned in PS will be maintained by the contractor duly signed by service team, contractor and shall be submitted to deptt as per maintenance schedule. (xiv) The contractor through OEM will carryout the maintenance as per frequency specified in particular specification within overall quoted rate.

(vi) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (vii) The complaint/breakdown will be attended within specified time as mentioned in PS. (viii) Rescue operator to be deployed for three shifts of eight hours on all days. Rate deemed to be included for any rescue operation for any emergency during the contract period for srl item No. 1 & 2. The rescue operator will make daily attendance with JE E/M or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In case rescue operator is not present a penalty or Rs. 1000/- per shift will be levied. Rescue operator will keep the lift room and lift car neat and clean. Necessary cleaning material will be provided by the contractor. The rescue operator deployed should be in dress/uniform as directed by deptt. The contractor will submit duty roster of rescue operator to deptt. (ix) The contractor will have to purchase suitable plan (having provn of repair/replacement of all parts within package/plan rates except cabin fan, ceiling light and UPS battery) for the lifts from the OEM ,the same will be also mentioned in MOU.

Dismantling the cabin fans of size 300mm sweep from lift, removing the burnt out winding wires, rewinding with winding wires and insulation materials overhauling/servicing, greasing/ lubricating, insulating electric leads, bearing/ bushes , bolts nuts, condensor, assembling back checking for proper function and testing all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.
