Testing of Power Transformer 8 MVA make Kirloskar at Comapny workshop/ Plant after repair & installation of Power Transformer including performing all tests i.e. Winding Insulation resistance test of HV winding at all Tap positions and of LV side, Insulation Resistance and Polarization Index Test/ Voltage resistance ratio at all Taps, Voltage regulation test at all taps, OCT, Short circuit current measurement test, Magnetic balance test (from HV side at first, normal and last tap positions), Magnetic balance test (From LV side), Magnetizing current measurement test at low voltage for HV side (at all tap) & LV side, Turn Ratio Test at all Tap positions, Vector Group test, TAN Delta and capacitance measurement complete by company rep of NUCON Switchgears Pvt Ltd, Doraha/ JAYBEE Industries, Panchkula/ Kirloskar/ crompton Greaves/ M/s Voltamp complete including arrangement & shifting of required T&P, tools complete all as reqd & directed. Note: The rate quoted include cost of any type of testing required at site after installtion, but test not specifically mentioned above.

Material and labour for opening of Transformer top cover by unscrewing bolts, nuts incl removing any wire/ control cable connections, lifting of cover, core with suitable capacity of crane, hydra and visually & physically checking of all parts for any damage incl removing & storing of reqd qty of oil in barrels for safe custody and inspection of copper coil, strip opening & dismantling core lamination after disconnecting star/delta connections from OLTC, removing of 66 KV winding to assess the condition of 11 KV & 66 KV winding and reassembling of core lamination carefully to its original position including cleaning of core lamination free from any dust particles, if no defect is found then fitting/ assembling of complete Transformer top cover etc complete in all respect.complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) BOO will be detailed by the Accepting officer for inspection of the transformer (during & after opening as deemed fit by Accepting Officer) and assessing the damage to various components, weighting of winding coils of transformer, measuring size of the copper wire and quantity of transformer oil complete. Contractor shall intimate the same well in advance to GE so that BOO can visit the factory. Necessary testing shall be carried out in presence of BOO.

Material and labour for replacement of primary winding (HV Side) of defective limbs Red Phase with new copper wound coils by using superior quality Electrical grade TPC copper winding wire of size matching to existing winding wire as per transformer manufacturer's existing specification suitable for current & IR rating of 66/11KV, 8MVA Power Transformer (Kirloskar) with necessary insulation, Insulation press board including varnishing and necessary insulation for separating the HV to LV and drying of winding coils of all limbs complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Old material will be the property of the Contractor under relevant item of Schedule of Credit. (iii) Copper wire:- The purity of copper wire should be min 99.95 %.

Supply and pouring in replacement of new transformer oil with di-electric strength 60KV conforming to IS:335 with naphthenic base suitable for 8MVA transformer 66/11KV including dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of insulation material like spacer/parmali wood for Top and Bottom Ring manufactured from Senapathy Whitley (P) Ltd., fabricated by M/s Khedda Insulation Systems (P) Ltd., Bhopal required in Transformer repair and any othe type of insulation, spacer reqd complete incl sundry items like Nuts, Bolts, wahers, brazing material for fabrication and reqd brazing and associated work including connection of wire of 8MVA transformer incl replacement of Gasket sets for top cover including HT/LT Bushing and OLTC for making leak proof complete by using superior quality gasket make Talbros Sealing Materials Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad or equivalent complete in all respect. The cost of Consumable items like cotton tape leatherette tape, brazing, Bakelite tubes brazing rods, spacer shall be deemed to be include servicing to bushing CTs/WTI/OTI to make transformer ready for inspection/testing as per parameter of IS-2026 in the presences of BOO deputed by the accepting/ T&P required shall be borne by the contractor.all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for drying of transfer limb for required number of days(HV/LV winding including core complete) in dust proof oven to extract moisture content, cleaning drying/removing foreign material of transformer body including conservator tank and re assembling of transformer core and winding, making connection complete in all respect.

Repair/overhauling/servicing of OLTC of Power Transformer complete incl Draining out Transformer oil from OLTC assembly in suitable container complete & repair/replacement of any Minor Items, servicing of OLTC incl replacements of contacts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing old painted surface of transformer by cleaning removing the oil paint by scratching with wire brush etc and applying with spray machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey clour on external surfaces of the transformer and writing of letter HT/LT or HV/LV and SM/MES nos complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The compressor / spray machine and other required necessary equipment shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of ths aspect.

Material & Labour for testing and commissioning of HV/LV bushing including bushing CTs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Transportation of existing Repaired Power Transformer 66/11KV, 8 MVA make Kirloskar from Power Transformer manufacturer/ repair company (NUCON Switchgears Pvt Ltd, Doraha/ JAYBEE Industries, Panchkula/ Kirloskar/ crompton Greaves) to 66 KV MRS of GE (E) Jalandhar to complete with all accessories on suitable height Tralla having suitable capacity, required Transport permit complete with the help of required quantity of suitable cap Power Cranes by lifting of Power Transformer carefully & loading on Tralla with the help of required qty of Belt lifting straps/ sling required by engaging required qty of skilled manpower, shifting of Power Transformer by road from company with required any type of clearance required during shifting complete all as specified & directed. In addition to above contractor will also be responsible for following within quoted rates:- (a) Loading of Power Transformer 8 MVA , 66/11KV and Safe carriage of transformer and accessories, safe loading from company to MRS of GE (E) Jalandhar and unloading. (b) The workshop for repair of transformer shall have prior experience of successful repair of Power Transformer 33/66 KV similar rating transformer any make. (c) All charges on account of transportation, toll tax, any clearance required etc. (d) Clearance from state/NHAI authorities in case same are required due to large size of transformer. (e) Accidental and other insurances during transportation. (f) Safety of transformer and accessories during repair period at workshop. (g) Any other requirement for loading/transporting of the transformer shall be arranged by the contractor within quoted rates. (h) Contractor may visit the site before quoting rates. (j) Any type of charges for rent of Transformer lying in workshop during the period (k) Draining of oil in barrel or suitable containers, if reqd. The cost of barrel shall be arranged by contractor.

M&L for fixing of repaired Power Transformer 8 MVA on plinth complete with the help of required quantity of suitable cap Power Cranes by lifting of Power Transformer carefully with the help of required qty of Belt lifting straps/ sling required by engaging required qty of skilled manpower incl connecting HV/LV side connections, power and control cable connections, fixing of 66 KV bushings and conservator tank, radiator, HV & LV bushing, pipings and filling of required qty of oil after dehydration complete incl by using required quantity of suitable cap Power Cranes complete incl necessary connecyions of Marshalling box, RTCC box, CR panel cable connections complete all as specified & directed.

Lifting of existing Power Transformer 8 MVA from the plateform with the help of suitable cap and suitable number cranes able to lift 32 Ton wt., reqd T&P and skilled manpower with necessary hooks, safety belts to avoid any rotation and damage to existing Transformer, structure complete and shifting on low height/deck Tralla of suitable cap for transportation to location within JRC cantt complete by opening of 66/ 11 KV cable connections from line taps, taking down and keeping aside to avoid any damage, ACSR connections from ACSR bus bar to 66 KV side Transformer bushing , opening & taking down of ACSR bus bar (2 x 3 phase) from disc insulators, earth wire connected at MS structure, Earth strip connections, control wiring & protection wiring connections complete to avoid any damage, Draining of transformer oil from Power Transformer upto suitable level in empty clean barrels to remove HV bushing 66 KV and for the easy lifting and transportation, Dismantling of oil conservator tank, HV bushing complete and keeping aside with the help of hydra for safe custody, opening of Radiator regulating valves for 6 Nos radiators for shutting off transformer oil supply and draining out the oil from radiators completely in clean empty barrels and depositing to MES store

Testing of repaired Power Transforme 8 MVA at site (GE(E) JRC by protection team of PSPCL Jalandhar with necessary T&P for pre-commissioning tests and checks incl testing of CR panel's all relays for healthiness complete. Note : the contractor shall have to deposit required fee to PSPCL Protection division as intimated by their team in mode as directed by dapartment.

M&L for oil sample collection and testing of 8 MVA 66/11 KV transformer oil testing from Power Grid CORPORATION OF INDIAL LTD , GT ROAD, KARTARPUR, PUNJAB or any other POWER GRID Sub station and submission of test reports to Engr in charge complete all as specified and directed.The following test shall be conducted: (a) water content (PPM) test. (b) BDV test (c) Interfacial Tension Test (d) Sludge Content test. (e) Flash point test (f) Dissolved gas analysis test

M&L for Transformer 66/11 KV 's HV side oil impregnated condensor bushing of rating 72.5kV matching to existing type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for inspecting, testing and calibration of C&R panel & SF6 breaker complete incl testing & functioning of all annuciator windows, relys & auxiliary relays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including the following:- (a)  IDMT Relay (b) Master Trip Relay (c)  Differental Relay (d) All other miscellaneous relays including checking of all control & protection wiring circuit (e) Tripping mechanism as per transformer protection
