M&L for point wiring with PVC unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) in and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia by cutting chases in walls by cutter and making good the surface in CM 1:3 and to the original specification and PVC cassing capping on ceiling for steel structure/surface conduit with clamps, gutties etc for RCC ceiling with including cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes including providing new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover (Hylem) including one run of PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm with green insulation as earth dolly controlled by one switch for 6 pin, 16 Amp socket outlet on Independent board.

Attending/checking/repairing day to day complaints of existing electrical items/points for serviceability for continuous electric supply , rectifying the no light complaints including carrying out minor repairs, checking of MCB DB, fuse & Isolator etc as required to make the item functional and replacement of small pieces of wire, screw, use of insulation tape of good quality, refixing of hanging wiring/wires and boards etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following : - (Note: (a) Contractor shall ensure that all complaints given by concerned JE E/M for 2 ASD area/Bde area/Jandialaguru area is attended daily within stipulated time frame (b) Contractor will provide sufficent trademans with helper for attending day to day complaints (c) The quoted rate is deemed to include the cost of providing ladders, to & for charges to site & return, carrier/arrangement to carry to ladders, tools, equipments for safty of tradesmen & helper. (d) Contractor shall provide a complaint register, complaint slip and maintain proper records of complaint attended by their elect/helper (d) Any other replacement of items shall be measured & paid seperately as supply & fix in replacement or as the case may be under respective items of this schedule.)

Material and labour for submain wiring with 4 single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS wire 10.0 Sq mm 1100 volts grade including and10.00 Sq mm PVC insulated, multi stranded, unsheathed copper wire green in colour as earthing lead drawn through in existing PVC/steel rigid conduit including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Five run of 10 Sqmm cable shall be measured & paid as one unit.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. Item includes cost of 7.50m earth lead wire/strip.PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc including dismantling of existing one shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out including trimming of sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenchescomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying jointing and testing XLPE PVC insulated & PVC sheathed LT cable, 1100 volts grade ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core fixed along the poles or passing through pipes or laid under floors or through walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Earthwork, sand cushioning, brick protection and GI pipe to be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply, laying jointing and testing 1100 volts grade ( heavy duty) PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with the inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or round of 10sqmm cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
