Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM) in two layers ( 75mm thick each layer) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite / trap/ basalt , spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 Sq metre and Supplying, laying, spreading 40 mm consolidated thickness of Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete , with design mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using mechanical paver for levelling within the specified tolerance as specified in SSR Part-I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with with power roller 8 to 12 tonne for uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The design mix formula shall be got carried out from any Govt Engg College or MES Laboratory and the same shall be approved by GE. The cost of transportation charges for testing of material shall be borne by the contractor and the rates are included in this item & nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) 5.5% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds the 5.5% as mentioned above, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of bitumen required as per design mix formula works out less than 5.5%, the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs. 50/- per Kg complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Continuous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class'B' Old size bricks , with width equal to the width of the brick , laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing two way (dual direction) reflective road cat eye of plastic body of dimensions 100mmx 110mm x 20 mm with red / amber / white reflective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying excessive pressure and additional fixed with 12 mm dia and 120 mm long zinc plated steel nail at the centre of cat eye complete as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying and spreading upto 75mm thick or less ( consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam (BM) filling in depression grade 2 (using 19.2 mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer with using mechanical paver using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 3.4 % by weight of total mix with job mix formula, laid / rolled and compacted/ consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) 3.4% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds the 3.4% as mentioned above, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of bitumen required as per job mix formula works out less than 3.4%, the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs. 50/- per Kg. The cost of transportation of material and testing charges shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all the loose dirt etc. including removing the mud etc. to a distance minimum 1.5 mtrs from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5Kg per 10 sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanism including supplying, laying, spreading 30 mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete grading 2, maximum aggregate size 9.5 mm, with job mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5.0% binder content by weight of total mix using mechanical paver for levelling within the specified tolerance as specified in SSR Part-I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for Repairs to potholes not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-10), putting bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc. of thermoplastic paint applied Min 6 Kgs /Sqm on new surfaces with hot applied reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White / Golden yellow) conforming to MORT&H (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% Type 1 glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160˚ C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thermoplastic paint should be applied Minimum 6Kg/Sqm

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per seial item no.15.00 here-in-before but except precast concrete interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: precast concrete interlocking paver block shall be obtained from serial item no.13.00 here-in-before.

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curveshall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 25mm thick Sand filling under interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Sand shall be approved by GE before incorporation in the work.

Supply and fixing solar road stud having 3 LED as approved by GE of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm or 120mm x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair solar road stud having 3 LED as approved by GE of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm or 120mm x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair ABS plastic Speed breaker/ bump in parabolic convex as approved by GE shape of size 500mm x 375mm x 50 mm thick , heavy duty, highly resistant to severe traffic impacts and harsh weather conditions, dovetail interlocking sub units, jointed and fixed to make the bump perfectly uniform, bump made out of precoloured material (black/ yellow) and UV stabilizer to keep them perfectly colourful, studded with 02 Nos reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible motorists during night hours, fixing with 06 Nos metalic bolts in each and fixing the same on road with 12 mm dia 120 mm long zinc plated steel bolts and adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Convex Mirror of 600mm dia made from long life poly carbonate with strong impact resistant and shattler proof fitted with a sun shield or protective hood of colour as approved by GE and 75 mm dia MS pipe duly painted of approved colour of suitable length as directed including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 450mm x 450mm x 600mm deep including excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: The rate of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 450mm x 450mm x 600mm and earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
