Notes for AC Plant :-
(a) The installation shall be taken over by MES provisionally after the plant has been commissioned and successful completion of Phase-I test as specified and provisional completion certificate shall be issued by GE to contractor. After provisional completion, Phase-II test shall be conducted within 12 months. Final completion certificate shall be issued after successful completion of Phase-II test. No claim on account of prolongation of work due to delay in successful completion of all Phase-II tests by contractor shall be admissible.
(b) Contractor shall prepare his own drawings, heat load calculation, equipment layout and piping layout, layout and design of AHUs, ducts with suitable cfm as per area taking into account all requirements, specifications and ground conditions and shall be got vetted from any IIT /NIT and thereafter the same shall be submitted to GE for approval. All these activities shall be completed within 45 Days from the date of commencement of work as per WO No.1. The Contractor shall execute the work based on these drawings duly approved by department (called working drawings). These cost factors shall be deemed included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
