Material and labour for use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beamsand similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for use & waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Material & labour 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on surfaces of concrete ceiling/top and sides of chajjas/facia of roof projection including necessary formwork in cement mortar (1:3), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Mild Steel angle Iron work as in posts & struts or Y - horn in fencing incl. cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; Flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), incl all necessary drilling, bolting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured)

Material & labour for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 750mm dia with following specifications :- (i) Coil Dimension:- (a) Coil opening diameter (750mm+20mm,-0mm) before stretching. (b) Coils will be stretched upto 8 meter and fixed over the security wall in the manner specified in drg. The accounting unit RM (running meter) is the stretched length of the coil over security wall. (c) Coil having 50 Nos spiral turns & 129 Nos clips in 08 meter length and weight not less than 10.5 kg + 5% excluding spike and handless. (ii) Razor barb BTO-22 (a) Barb thickness 0.5 mm (+ - 0.05mm) (b) Barb width 15 mm (+ - 1mm) (c) Barb length 22 mm (+ - 1mm) (d) Barb Spacing 35 mm (+ -1mm) (e) Steel strip (punched tape/RBT) = The punched tape shall be CR3 grade cold reduced low carbon steel as per IS 513:2008 with pre painted Aluminum Zinc alloy in accordance with IS 15965:2012/AZ150/Class 3. (iii) Spring core wire. (a) Nominal dia of uncoated wire =2.59 mm (+ -0.035mm) (b) Galvanization = The core wire should have thickness of hot dipped galvanized zinc to 290 g/m2 minimum as per the specification BS EN ISO 1461, Similarly , Indian specification IS 4826. (d) High tensile strength not less than 1620 N/Sqmm. (iv) Heavy duty “J” clip for attachment” (a) Material =SS 304 Stainless steel (b) Dimension =29mm x 8mm x1.6mm

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material such as soils exc. 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified

Material & labour for 40mm thick Cement concrete type (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floor, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for Hard core of gauge not exc 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio (1:2) by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of priming, complete all as specified.
