SCH 'A' Pt - VI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Contains Ser item No 3.01 to Ser item No 6.02)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications Works notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II (internal Electrification works) shall also be applicable.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), in PVC conduit complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through with and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia ( heavy duty ) ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow,junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken box of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable length and 1.2mm thick ), 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting with frame and top cover for switches and socket ,fan regulator, for light/fan point controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note for serial item no.3.02 to 3.05 :switches , sockets & fan regulator shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ.

All as per item No. 3.02 here in before but for socket outlet 5 pin 5/6 Amp on same board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 3.02 here in before but for socket outlet 6 pin, 15/16 Amp multi purpose, 2 in 1 on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm cable & including 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH copper earth wire to common earth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring with two single core of size 6.00 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium quality of size 20 mm dia conforming to 3537 Part-I ISI marked including all fittings such as Tee, Elbow, bend etc. drawn in and including one single core of size 4.00 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade as in contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as directed. (Colour code phase-Red, Nuetral-black and Earth as Green) complete all as specified & directed.Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit , conduit accessories i.e. PVC Clamp, rawl plug, screws, PVC junction box, Tee, bend , Elbow etc. and earth wire included in sub main wiring and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (b) Two single core 6.00 Sqmm and one single core 4.00 Sqmm cable including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED security light fitting of 60W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, heat resistant clear toughened glass, better optics for uniform distribution street luminaire, with driver, including electric connection with using 3 core flexible copper conductor cable 1.5Sqmm from ceiling rose to light fitting, fixing the light fitting with new bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 25mm dia, 1.2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 25x3 mm with suitable nuts and bolts for fixing of bracket including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 50°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max10%. (f) IP rating : IP66. (g) IK rating : Minimum IK07 (h) Built in potted LED Driver of the make as of the luminaire. (j) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (k) Surge protection 10 kV (inbuilt + extended) (l) CCT : 5700 K. (m) CRI : Minimum 70 (n) Lens - High Efficiency wide angle lens. (o) BIS Approved fixtures and driver (p) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs @L70 (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily)

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting polycarbonate housing 1 x 20 Watt, appx 4 feet long, with decorative box linear, housing environment friendly, including electric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable 23/0.00076 from ceiling rose to tube fitting, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts. (c) Temp operating range : Minus 5°C to Plus 45°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Current THD Max10% and voltage THD max 5% (f) IP rating : IP-20. (g) LED Driver of the same make as of the luminaire. (h) LED driver should be complete with all protections viz open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, all as per standard design of manufacturer. (j) Surge protection minimum 2.5 kV. (k) CCT : Minimum 6000K (l) CRI : Minimum 80 (m) Rated life time : 50000 burning hrs @L70 (Average 10 to 12 hrs daily)

Supply & Fixing (Concealed flush to wall) Factory made Distribution Board (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel ,neutral link and 200 Amp rated copper bus bar),VTPN 4 way ,415 Volt, suitable for mounting MCBs/Isolators etc., conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi gloosy finished with expoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temprature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere.The DB shall be double door type with hinged door and with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs / Isolators, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified .The DB shall be of IP-43 Protection class complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs /Isolators etc. shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNALWATER SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III ( EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour Construction of brick masonary valve pit Type 'B' ,chamber of internal size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using ( 40mm graded stone aggregate ) lean concrete in foundation , providing old size well burnt clay brick masonary wall of 230mm thick built in Cement Mortar 1:4 , Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair internally , supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame , embeded in PCC coping with PCC 1:2:4 type-B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates , with locking arrangement and 1 No. 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25mm x 6mm flat iron and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide zinc chromate primer ) to all exposed surface including earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of soil complete all as specified and as directed and all as shown on drawings No.BTD-811 sheet 1/2 to 2/2 Note:- The rate of earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

COMMON ITEM FOR EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III & Part-IV ( EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS AND EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for Making the hole under road / pavement / hard standing not less than 1.00 metre depth for laying and inserting of GI Pipe Light grade / medium grade up to 40mm bore , in any length as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : The GI tube Light grade / medium grade 40mm bore shall be measured and paid as material and labour seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A' Part-III EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS and Schedule 'A' Part-IVI EXTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY WORKS

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-IV ( EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Supply, Fabricating, installation, testing, commissioning and electrically connecting LT feeder Pillar Box ,Cubical type of size 60 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm , 415 volts, Factory made, machine pressed, dust and vermin proof, out door type , made with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, Feeder Pillar Box shall be internally and externally painted with expoxy powder coated paint shade as approved by GE with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish. Front opening with single door with provn of rubber beading and locking system,with and including 200 Amp aluminium bus bar set of 4 with provn of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on 04 Nos. PVC / epoxy insulators, with and including MCCB 100 Amp, 4 Pole, 415 volts rating with breaking capacity 16 KA, adjustable setting = 80-100% -01 No. and mounted on angle iron frame and legs made with angle iron size 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm duly spray painted with tow coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer , legs shall be embeded /grouted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary earth work complete, with and including all provn of opening for incoming/ outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of 200 Amp aluminium bus bar set of 4 PVC / epoxy insulator and MCCB 100 Amp , 4 Pole , 415 Volts rating with breaking capacity 16 KA-01 No. is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)
