Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using binder content 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @5.5% of total mix by weight. However in case of any variation in weight of binder as per actual design mix, the same shall be paid by the contractor.

Preparing the existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10.00 Sqm of road surface and laying premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) any penetration rolled and compected to required camber and gradient using binder content 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Material and Labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using binder content 4% by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specifications of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Pt-I

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.0 mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 15cm in width, (from 100mm to 200mm) applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load as per IRC 35, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repair for DUAL-DIRECTIONAL delineator made out of 16 gauge MS RECTANGULAR PIPE of size 25 x 68 mm and of length 600 mm. Pipe stove enamelled and baked to 120 C OR powder coated. Head made out of ABS plastic rectangular moulded with flat face provided with High Intensity Prismatic Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of size 100 x 125 mm with additional 2 reflective strips of 25 mm wideind including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 250x250x400mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 1000mm dia convex mirror with having 130 degree of viewing angle made out of PC material mounted on metal sheet body and frame work provided with 50mm dia MS pipe post, duly painted as per site requirement for road turning, intersections/ curves/ T junction and like etc suitable for road side 1.20m high above GL and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 300x300x450mm complete all as specified and as directed. L and fixed with PCC (1:3:6) 300x300x450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for double legged informatory sign board single as well as double sided of size 900x600 mm fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the stainless steel rounded pipe. The boards are of high intensity Green/Blue or as required colour grade retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 3mm thick Alco bond sheet conforming to IS-736 to be covered with High intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green/ Blue as per IRC standard. The Board are made on Alco bond sheet as per required size. Retro Reflective sheeting is fixed on this Alco bond sheets with suitable adhesive. The letter writing is done with computerised cut machine and fixed on this Retro Reflective sheeting. This Board is mounted on stainless steel Frame of size 40mm rounded pipe of Gde 304,This Board Fixed on the frame with POP rivets. Two leg post of stainless steel rounded pipe of size 50mm die of Gde 304 fixed to the board. Length of the Ieg post is 3.00M and fixed with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 of size 300x300x450mm as per sample kept in MES office complete all as specified and as directed.
