M&L Preparing surfaces of old roof slab and cleaned of all foreign materials such as fungues, moss, dust etc, bu wire brushing dusting, sprinkling water on the surface and ensure water does not stand any where. If it is so, the roof surface shall be levelled then surface shall be painted with one coat of cold aplied bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr per sqm, applied over primed surface APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm)land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and injecting appoved grout in proportion Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used ) modified cement slurry non shrinx compound in concrete /RCC work. made with recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of GE. Note:- The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in roofs, floors(other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Method 1 (A) - Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K or approved equivalent , having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5.Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand).Making Gola of size 75X75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 . (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - SmartCare GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (c) Apply 12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with SmartCare Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement Method 2 (A) M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab, Providing & applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible waterproofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/m2, 2.5mmx2.5mm is Laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all loose materials like dust etc. With wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 300mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. The work complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Work shall be executed through specialized agency) Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from CWE before carrying out the work. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment and provn of cement work is excluded from quoted rate for this item. (iii) Plaster shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately OR:- Techno commercial equivalent in Fosroc/Sika/STP

Providing plain cement concrete Type E-2, 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing ,plinth protection/path etc, laid in suitable panels not exceeding 3.00 m length finished even and smooth without using extra cement with 10mm Joints filled with bituminous sealing compound of grade ‘A’/bitumen mastic filler/sealant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shotcreting 25mm thick in RCC coloumn, beams and slabs etc in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified charateristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 6 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criterial) in the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc with manual chisel and /or by standred power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surfaces and reinforcement with wire brushes and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removal of rust by applying approved rust removal chemical & coating with Dr fixit epoxy zinc primer @ 6 sqm/ltr at DFT of 100 microns as per specification disposal of debries for all lead and lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia or fixing with reverts plugs or galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/dado on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified .

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers of 10+5mm thick with using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M & L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement :1/2 coarse sand 2 : stone chipping 10 mm normal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to be expose the stone chippings with using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden batterns, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden batterns, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L two coats of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L two coats of cement base paint over old surface including complete removal of exixting surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic light shade tiles in vertical surface 300X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in vertical surface in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over 10mm thick cement sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic colour (light shade) joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 25 mm thick for tiles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

M&L Granite 18 mm thick(of any type) works (table rubbed and polished) in step, window cills, cooking platforms and the like in cement mortar (1:4), 20 mm thick and width not less than 600mm including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as in column, beam etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 Nominal mix, type using 20mm graded stone aggregate in slab supported on walls,beams,lintel and columns in floors,roofs,landings,balconiies,deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed. (form work & reinforcement measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain/manhole set in cm (1:6) . ( Note : Cost of Form Work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid Separately.)

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
