Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved, factory made, LT panel board cubical, outdoor, type, floor mounted double door, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, 415 volts . The panel board size 1.2 X 1.2 X 0.6 mtr shall be made 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet load bearing members and 16 SWG (1.6 mm thick) for door covers and internal portions shall be powder coted both sides. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50X50X6 mm, duly grouted on plateform made of brick work in CM (1:2:4), 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height 600 mm from the ground level. The panel shall be provided with separate compartment of each switch gears with hinged door, including inter locking with switch gears. The panle board shall be suitable for AC, 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire supply completed with epoxy coated (300 Amp) rated high conductivity Aluminum bus bar supported with DMC/ AMC barriers and colour cotted heat shirnkable sleve and F class insulator pre-wired with copper cable, 1100 volts of danger notice board on front of the panel and degree of protection is IP 54. The panel shall be complete with illustration such as LED phase indicating lamps and CTs including external aluminium strip of rating of incommer (200 AMP) and outgoing as per rating of MCCBs including aluminium lugs to connected the cable etc. Note:- 1. M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT panel size 2.0x1.5mx0.6m and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of existing color for outdoor/indoor panel board, outer & inner side and scraping out the old paint surfaces of existing panel boards complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge including white wash to panel foundation/PCC base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing serviceable cable duly testing the cable by the megger and taking down existing serviceable and relaying as specified such as relaying/rerouting and shifting the cable to laying as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed Note: 1. Taking down removal of the cable rates deemed to include in quoted rates. 2. Excavation,earth work and other necessary items for the relaying of the cable measured and paid separately under relevent items

M&L for removing bricks from trench for re use of serviceable bricks and re-laying old serviceable bricks of any type and size bricks, for cable protection in trenches laid dry and flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for taking down carefully street light fitting and bracket for re use to servicebile after minor repairs if any by replacing wire, connection terminals and nut, bolt washers and fix the street light and bracket with steel tubular pole by using necessary clamps,nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps,nut,bolt and washers for fixing street light bracket is measured and paid seprately with relevent items of the schedule

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 10 to 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type

M&L in repairs for Straight through cold shrink type joint 1100 Volt complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 70 to 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and install steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) with MS base plate of size 300 X 300 X 6 mm thick at bottom , welded at center with through hole of 14 mm dia height of 300 mm above the coping, complete with including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer black and white/yellow strips 30CM wide each (05 Nos) up to 1.5 Mtrs height from coping & numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass comcrete type D2 1:4:8 with 40 mm graded stone aggrigate for foundation of pole etc complete all as specified.

M&L for providing PCC 1 : 3: 6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggrigate in coping or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC preparation including cutting up to 45 cm width and depth of the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C2(1:3:6) by using 40mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe/laying cables complete all as specified.

M&L for 50mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall for protection of underground earth strip when crossing the road/fixing on wall as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches any type of soil , n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation , etc or for shaft, well, cesspits , manholes , pier hole etc n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for laying of cable complete all as specificed and directed.

Returning , filling in including, spreading , levelling , watering and well reamming in layers not exc. 25 cm within the 1 mtr strech complete all as specificed and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specificed and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.
