M&L for 15mm thick renedering on brick work/block masonry in CM(1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls including 3mm wall putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with porper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to existing RCC roof slab complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, (Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling/padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, kerbs, roundedor chamfered edges, making the surface enven and smooth without using extra cement including liquid water proffing compound complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound will measure and paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on green fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 for receive the roof finishes with water proofing compound. Note : WPC Shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Roof Treatment in as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of PrimeSeal/ Epoxy Primer/ShaliUrethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coats of Hydro Shield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment .

Taking down old PVC/CI/RCC pipes of any bore and length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, shoe, socket etc including clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in any cement morter or cement lime mortar including all quoins,pillars,arches etc, and clearing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mort CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC, 1 : 4 : 8, type D 2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation filling and bed concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC, 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection all as specified cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed, coloured (including desiner tiles as approved by GE) ceramic tiles in verticle surface of size 300 x 600 x 7 to 8mm thick set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and mirror polishing including 20mm of screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B -0, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path finishing surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hollow PVC wall lining interlocking type 7mm thick plain/coloured /wood grain fitted in to the wall with PVC rawal plug and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:- If any minor electric fittings and fixtures disturbed there will be match and fixed as existing.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fixture and fitting such as Switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators,sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit(credit for above items shuold be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surface of wall ,floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with ISI marked 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade FRLS with multistranded copper conductor drawn through concealed in wall/ceiling surface and its accessories including PVC rigid concealed conduit heavy duty suitable size with all accessories such as bend, reducers, MS hooks, MS junction boxes, 2mm thick galvanised steel pressed sunken terminal boxes of suitable sizes for mounting of switchs, sockets, fan regulator etc covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated Hylem top cover sheet of required color fixed with brass screws and cup washers painting terminal boxes inside and outside with one coat red oxide primer including fixing and 1.5 sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity to connect common earth dolly completed for the following all as specified.

One light point/Fan point/Exhaust Point /bell point controlled by one way switch.

One three pin socket out let 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

One 3 pin, 5A switch socket outlet point on independent board.

All as per Ser item No 32.00 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable for 1No 16 amps socket outlet point on independent board including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable multistandard with copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC lamp holder suitable for LED 5 to 20 watt bulb complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED tube light fitting 20W (4 feet long), 230V, surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver and including connections up with copper conductor wire with suitable size as per specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of LED tube light fitting 10W (2 feet long), 230V, surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing and integrated electronic driver and including connections with copper conductor wire with suitable size as per specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement ceiling rose 3 termincal/ PVC / polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated copper conductor 6 Sqmm and same 6 Sqmm for continuous earth wire drawn in existing PVC conduit and including taking down old unserviceable wire any type and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessary complete all as specified and directed.
