Supply and fixing of flame proof wall mounted fans any make/model of size 400 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of flame proof ceiling fans any make/model of size 1200 mm sweep with regulator complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flame proof exhaust fans of size 300 mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement flame proof flood light luminaries well glass suitable for LED light having 120 Watt compress of body mode in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat resistant toughend glass cemented to cast aluminium, retainging ring fixed to main body, mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminarire is provided with LED and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories and earthing terminals fixing at convenient location, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For all type of light fitting Height of shelter is 7 to 8 meters . Contractor shall arrange ladder / crane / hydra on his own arrangement and cost of which shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate, no extra cost will be paid separately to the contractor on this account.

M&L for flame proof circuit sub main wiring in and including ERW conduit with two single core cable (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi standred of size 4 Sqmm including of one run earth wire of 4 Sqmm to be drawn in ERW stove enamelled black rigid conduit including all flame proof conduit accessories such as tee, bend elbow & conduit junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Note : ERW conduit, conduit accessories, circuit wires and earth wires complete shall be treated as one unit for the purpose of payment.

Note : Surface conduit shall be laid in celing portion only. For submain wiring Height of hanger is 20 meters . Contractor to arrange ladder/crane/hydra on his own arrangement which cost is included in the quoted rate, no extra cost will be paid separate to the contractor.

Supply and laid in tranches / floors or fixed on wall for cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core including fixing materials like lugs, cable glands etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED High Bay light 400 Watts ( lens type) including fittings connection from MCB DB to light fitting and hanging with 6 mm S/S chain 2 mtrs each locking with 6 mm D shacle/ S/S Nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed. The high flexibility of the modular enclosure system allows an easy upgrading of the assembly including bus bar system at any time even after many years The DB shall have high grade gasket made of Polyurethane ( PUR ) Dependent on the System: Enclosure should be totally insulated, protection class II. And rated insulation voltage should be 690V AC as per IEC 60664. The feeder pillar shall have following certificates and safety features: Weather proof: UV resistant according to IEC 61439-1, clause no 10.2.4: The material is examined for UV resistance IEC 60 695-2-11: should withstand glow wire test at 9600C UL subject 94, should be flame retardant and self-extinguishing in nature. IEC 61 439-3: Intended to be operated by ordinary person. Toxic behaviour: silicone- and halogen-free

M&L in repair Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmX60cmX6cm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m bellow normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI or steel wire 4.00 mm dia as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on complete including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 10mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, jointing and testing LT under ground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor LT grade 1100 volts grade and cross section area 16 sqmm 2 core conforming to latest IS and laid in trenches complete with cable lugs, glands etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Exacavation in trenches not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading ,and directed levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exeeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material nit exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick (punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cable in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thicknes (overall 18 cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement bird proof nylon net fixing with 4mm dia GI wire 600mm X 600mm mesh made up into matteresses, cages and lapped wire and laid in position with suitable arrangement etc complete in side of hangers and as approved by GE (Height of bldg up to 15 mtrs), complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The pattern and size of nylon rope/net will be approved by GE.
