Supply and fixing factory made PVC solid door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm with wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extended 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet , reinforced with steel square tube , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid penal PVC Door Shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of ms tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC C chennal having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour 5 mm thick PVC sheet for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap inserted for top rail and bottom rail 5 mm thick .penelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading ,and joined together with solvent cement ,supplying and fixing in the frame at sites as per specification and dwg as specified. including supply and fixing the following items: (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 3 nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 2 nos per leaf

Dismantling of boarding of any type/size as in CB/wardrobes or fixed in any position in hardware (if any) etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 20mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) board of both side plain white colour fixed with ss screws, solvent cement/ adhesive to make kitchen/bed rooms cabinet sides top and bottom and shelves including PVC beading on the exposed edges complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) board of single side rigid laminate of approved color and other side plain white colour fixed with ss screws ans solvent cement/ adhesive including PVC beading on the exposed edges complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18mm thick high Density High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) exteroir Grade Board with both side white balancing (BSB) with density of 850 Kg/cum complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Board on back side wall will be fixed with minimum 5mm PVC spacers. The payment for the same deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

S&F 18mm thick high Density High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) exteroir Grade Board with one side designer laminated (OSL) of approved colour and finishing and other side white balancing with density of 850 Kg/cum complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) board of both side plain white colour and pasted with solvent cement/ adhesive on frame work of cup boards complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Spray Docu painted Pressed steel frames made of MS sheet of 1.20 mm thickness for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, hold fast etc., complete all as specified, size 105 x 60mm and incl cutting holes and making good reqd to disturbed surfaces complete inday shape for hold fast block for new frame incl sanding ,tarring to backside and chawkhat and to holdfasts and incl cement 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in holdfasts blocks/filling in chawkhats and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door Frame/Chowkhat of size 125 x 65 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specifed and directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specifed and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately).

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type plain wiremesh door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk)and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. For fixing stainless steel 304 Grade wire cloth (wire dia. 0.56mm) and Expanded aluminium mesh, wire dia 1.20 mm thickness and mesh aperture size 38x20mm (LWxSW) combinly panel panel area of door excpet stiles and rail to be panelled with mesh wih self tapping round headed screws at requried distance,scres and edges covered with feathered pvc edge beading all round of mesh and WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specifed and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F factory made flush shutters 35mm thick minimum 5 ply, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with 6mm thick lipping frame to complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35mm thick glazed and skelton shutters of 2nd class hard wood (factory made) open rebated and divided to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR-91 Pt-1 section 8 clause 8.20(a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified including stainless steel 304 Grade wire cloth (wire dia. 0.36mm) and complete all as specifed and directed.

Aluminium anodised tower bolt of 200mm extruded section and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Sliding Door Bolt/Aldrop 16 x 300mm - 1 No per leaf complete complete all as specifed and directed.

Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 Nos per leaf complete all as specifed and directed.

Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Floor Door Stooper - 1 No per leaf complete all as specified and directed

S&F 300mm, mild steel ordinary rat tail rod(helical type) pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made steel window box type using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed Skeleton shutter jointed internally with flat iron 40x4mm complete including grill of 8mm square bars, fixed horizontally @ 10cm c/c, hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-276R1/4, 277R1/4 complete all as specified and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill as shown on drgs. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh & painting shall be included in quoted rates

M & L for preparing new wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel tubing of 25 mm dia chromium plated min. 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl S&F 02 Nos stainless steel brackets/finials fency type, stops fixed with ss screws etc all as specified & directed as in repair . Note : For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered.

S&F Framed work such as grills, cooler stands gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in spare not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane as in repair complete all as specifed and directed.
