Providing and laying premix bituminous concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2 with mixing of agrgregates and VG-30 bitumen in electronic operated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work site by tippers and laying with hyrdostatic paver finisher and as per approved mix and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and as specified and directed. Note : 1. The contractor shall quotes the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job Mix Formula as per CIause. No. 505.3.3 of MORTH (5th Rev) for BC shall be worked out from any Govt Engg College Laboratory/ MES approved laboratory for obtaining Optimum Binder Content (OBC) by the Contractor without any financial effect to the Dept and same be submitted to the accepting officer for approval. The cost for design mix thereof shall be deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 42/kg of binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 3. After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

M & L for 2.5mm thick road marking thermo plastic reflective paint to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5 Kg /Sqm ) and glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm confirming to Clause No. 803.4 of MoRTH in strips of 100/150 mm width on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders in hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/pavings/path etc with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size (except tiles) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/pavings/path etc with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in replacement of road cat eye of size 90mm x 110mm x 17mm meeting with ASTM and MoR&TH standard with yellow reflective yellow body colour and two side lens all as specified. The stud shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhensive conforming to IS as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of solar stud 125 x 125 x 25 mm made up of Aluminium alloy and construction powered by monocrystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechageable battery having view distance 1000 meters, LEDs-010 mm, 6 pieces for high brightness, 12 hrs of continous lighting at night complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of road convex mirror of size 600mm fixed with stainless steel pole of size 50mm dia with grouting in PCC 1:2:4 of 300 x 300 x 300mm in base of minimum height 1.75m complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Solar Delineator road of size 1000 x 47mm, made out of polycarbonate and toughended aluminum body fitted with high intensity retro reflector in yello/red colour fitted on CRCA pipe 47mm dia and 60cm long powder coated or stove enamelled white/black colour provided with steel wire mesh made up into cage for safety of reflector and embedding the same in PCC, 1:2:4, B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Size of PCC block for embedding delinator shall be 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and cost of PCC shall be included in the unit rate of this item.
