Sch 'A' Sec - VI (MISC ITEMS OF WORKS)

(INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

M & L for Concealed Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of adequate size with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches /sockets/ fan regulators etc including FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for the following:-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one,one way switch

(b) One socket outlet point 6 A on independent board

(c) One socket outlet point 6 A on same board

M & L for Concealed Point wiring with 2.50 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of adequate size with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches /sockets/ fan regulators etc including FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.50 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for one 16 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

Supply and fix Modular switch 1 way, 6 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Modular switch 1 way, 16 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Modular socket 5 pin 6 Amps, 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Modular socket 5 pin 6/16 Amps, combination type 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Fan regulator modular type 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for ceiling rose surface type, 65 mm x 50 mm of three terminals / PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body fixed on PVC block complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure 8 ways double door for DBs when MCBs are to be used 240,volts including 200 Amps standard bus bar of suitable size and common neutral link all flush mounting type, drilling holes for incoming and out going cables with IP43 protection complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB , SPN, 240 Volts ,32-40 amp for fixing in DBs of including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB, single pole 240 volts 6 to 32 Amp capacity for fixing in DB’s including proper thimble connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Ceiling fan with BLDC technology AC single phase 240 Volt 50 Hz of size 1200 mm sweep complete in white colour having service value more than or equal to 6 with canopy, hanging rod and all accessories incl nuts, bolts, clamps etc including making connections with twisted 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord of 0.75 sqmm copper conductor from ceiling rose to ceiling fan, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Energy saving LED light fitting, 1 x 20 watt, 230 volts, Decorative ultra slim linear LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack. with electronic driver and with best quality diffuser high lumen output, 2.5 KV voltage surge protection, PF 0.98, THD 10% suitable for surface/pendant mounting complete with all accessories including and connecting of with twin core of PVC insulated 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix LED mirror light with Linear & compact 9W mirror light with decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbed opal diffuser of capacity 9 watt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x35 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bemd to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mmx600 mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters deep below normal ground level and filled with alternate layers of charcoal and salt with 15 cm thick layer , connected to galvanised wire earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron, 20 mm bore GI pipe (med grade) for watering, 15 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for protection of earth lead, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, Earth pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 and precast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:11/2:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia TMT bar embedded in cover slab complete all as specified and as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion.

Supply and fix surface mounted LED luminaire with more light distribution and clutter free ceilings of 20 watt suitable for mouniting on roof.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Cutting of hardstanding floor/wall for laying of cable including matching with suface by using PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 cement concrete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

M&L for taking out branch connection from existing CI/DI pipe line upto 250 mm bore by using freulle including insertion of TEE of 50x50x25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including surface dressing averaging 15cm depth and removal of surplus soil

Providing and laying at factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed
