Material and Labour for Preparation of water bound macadam (WBM) surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I.

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I.

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing dual directional retro reflective cat eye of impact resistant ABS plastic 100x100mm having ultraviolet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with plastic ABS strips containing 31x2=62 mini retro reflective glass beeds of colour (white/red/yellow) to a side provided with self built in plastic stem for firm fixing to road with epoxy as per manufactures instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of stainless steel round bar road delineator having reflector type red/yellow colour in steel body protected in side polycarbonated sheet protected with powder coated wire mesh cage system mounted including necessary earth work, PCC etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC square road delineators having reflector type red/yellow colour in steel body protected in side polycarbonated sheet protected including necessary earth work, PCC etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in reapir polycarbonate road security traffic control convex mirror not less than 900mm dia which reflects a clear bright image, mounted on adjustable bracket is made up of weather resistant PC plastic against frost, heat, high wind and sun light suitable for indoor and outdoor use and including prepainted factory made MS pole not less than 50mm dia of standard height as per site requirement and necessary earth work and grouting in PCC 1:3:6 (type C2) of block size 40x40x50cm, complete all as specified.
