Material and labour for construction of shallow foundation with concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour and including the erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour and Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, all as specified and directed.

Connecting /disconnecting of air-conditioner in married officers quarters, OTM, offrs Mess from the existing over head lines all as directed and specified (No service of ACs Involved in the item rate.(Cables and materials for connection will be provided by occupant /user of the accn)

Providing labour transport and T&P for locating the fault in HT/LT line in OH/UG Line/cable in by visual inspection recce of faulty area and repairs to the fault by means of replacement of Unservicible Jumpers / Fuse wires / Burnt lugs / MCCB etc. including restrain of broken/loose ACSR counductors / Earth wire. If required to make temporary connection for fault in HT/LT lines, the cable shall be given by the the AGE E/M store for temorary connection to resume the power supply urgently. Note : (i) Materials requried for fault repairs will be measured under relevant items included in BOQ. (ii) Contractor will depute the dedicated team and necessary transportation, he will completely responsible for all the safety aspects of his team. No dispute regarding safety of person would be entertain later on. If any mishappening occures during rectifaction of fault in HT/LT lines contractor will be fully liable to bear all the expenses of indls. Special Notes:- (for 66 KV Grid, Sub Stn No.3, Sub Stn No.9, AMN Dump Barsat and Baffle Range Dhablan) (a) Contractor will provide all set of T & P, communication device (Mobile Phone) to deployed persons, electrcian team for each sub station required for repair of HT/LT Electrical switch gear system including safety equipment such as All type of T&Ps (Bamboo ladders, screw drivers, wire/cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting plairs, torch lights etc) for routine maintenance and protection of the trademan incl safety equipment such as Hand gloves, Rubber boots, Sefety belt and helmets etc. (b) On intimation of any type of repair/maintenance work of HT/LT switch gear incomer as well as out going feeder the contractor is responsible to locate the fault by the dedicated team comprising tradesman helpers required numbers as per the gravity /nature of the work involved to restore the power supply and communicate with SBA on duty and getting permit card for working on HT lines and deposit the permit card after rectification of fault, all the activities shall be carried out within reasonable time as given by the Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Contractor will provide necessary complaint slip, complaint boook & permit book, contractor will direct the instructions to indls for lodgging the complaints duly marked the location, time and date for earlier rectifications. (d) After getting the complaints, team deployed by the contractor will rectify the complaints within stipulated time i.e within 2 hours from the time of receiving of complaints. (e) Contractor should also provide a dedicated supervisor for collection of complaints from SBA, JE, USER etc. He would be held responsible, in case complaints are not collected timely.

Replacement of HT Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green large size, with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm insulator all as directed and specified

Supply only pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvansied iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Disc type porcelain insulator, vitreous 145mm height and 255 dia ball and socket type, white, brown and green " Two in series" assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only HT/LT cable for providing temporary supply to feeder of various sizes from MES store and deposited back to store yard after permanent rectification of fault all as directed and specified (Cost is inclusive of transport of cables from stores to fault sites, fixing arrangement /dismantling of old cables/refixing of new cables as required at site)

Material and labour for providing necessary following stationary require to lodge the complaint, as per requirement and as per existing sample for a minimum period of 06 Months from the date of commencement of contract to 66 KV Grid, sub stn No.9 and sub stn No.3:- (i) Complaint Register/books as per sample. (ii) Complaint Slip/job card as per sample. (iii) Permit book as per sample. (iv) Other materials ie glue stick,pen, pencil, carbon paper and stainless steel scale 1'.

Material & Labour for Periodical cutting of trees /trimming of branches along the HT /LT overhead lines in a girth of 03 mtrs on either side of the conductors including removing the same and dumping complete all as directed. Note : Expenditure for necessary tool and plants required for Periodical cutting of trees / trimming of branches along the HT / LT overhead lines are deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor. Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Contractor will arrange the security boards/danger boards (Man at work) at the site, so that prevent from any damaged. (ii) Contractor will liable to cutting/trimming the branches within the day after of complaint received.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.
