M&L for preparation of newly plaster or unplastered wall surface and apply two coat of Acrylic smooth exterior paint over 1mm coat of wall care putty of required shade. New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10 sqm over and including primimg coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 Kg/10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof Treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, of surface for all existing bituminius coating/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet & making it free from any loose paint, dust or dirt, grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of PrimeSeal/ Epoxy Primer/ShaliUrethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coat of HydroShield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f)) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make : Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / BASF / STP/Torch Tar/Asian. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2sqm each & refixing the shutter in same opening including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (b) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of polyester reinforced coated net of 45gm/sqm, 2.5mm x 2.5mm mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs upto 300mm above wall surface. (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer.

M&L for prepration of new plastered internal wall surface and applying following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying 1mm thick wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) and including one coat of primer by using Airless spray/roller over complete.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 11 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or on one side lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15/20mm dia GI/PVC tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed .

Taking up or down 25mm dia GI/PVC tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 20mm dia with all fitting solvent and fixed to wall and ceilling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 25mm dia with all fitting solvent and fixed to wall and ceilling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 25mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal bore 110mm with access door complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 Ltr capacity,trippled layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore PTMT float valves, high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in position with all necessary fittings including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltr but not exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs etc and hoisting if required, including cleaning the tank, removing all scale, dirt etc, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr capacity,trippled layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore PTMT float valves, high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in position with all necessary fittings including dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shoulderd and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,cooler stand,ladder and similar work conforming to Fe290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Premium quality non-skid ceramic tile of size 400mm x 400mm, thickness of 7 to 8mm pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tiles water absorption of the tile should be between 3% to 6% Make Glosstra series of Samany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria complete all as specified and directed

S&F Premium quality glazed ceramic tile of size 600mm x 300mm thickness 7mm, water absorption between 10% to 20% pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tile Make Glosstra series of Samany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like duraplast seat cover, rag bolts/ gel gasket etc and ABS health faucet CP jet spray with 1.50 mtr long flexible tube including fixing arrangement complete in all respect all as specified

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/in floors/fixed to walls including fixing clamps with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius ,110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CI bends, diminishing pieces or tapers, bore of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests, CI 'P' or 'S' traps 100mm & PVC flush pipes 32mm dia including connecting to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc including all joints and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 litres PVC,valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection, 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia angle valve,fancy type ,cast copper alloy, chromium plated, concealed type with long shank and cup with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed .
