Taking out from trenchs / from under roads/ceiling/walls existing old unservicable /corroded GI pipe 50 mm bore and connections including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of schedule of works.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for GI pipe of 20 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 4 above but for GI pipe of 15 mm bore.

M&L of GI steel water tubing 50 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches / under roads/ceiling/walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 8 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

M&L in replacement for Gun metal gate valve for 50 mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Gun metal gate valve for 25 mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Gun metal gate valve for 20 mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Gun metal gate valve for 15 mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old valve pit and Material and Labour Construction of valve pit Type 'B' of size 75 cm x 75 cm x 75 cm ( internal dimension ) of brick masonry laid with cement mortar (1:4). from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with hinges, handle and locking arrangement including painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates , Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, including three coats of white wash on internal surfaces and external exposed surfaces , foundation concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates including necessary earthwork , returning filling , removal complete all as specified and shown on drawings.Note : Applicable drawing for valve pit is Drawing No. BTD-811 sheet 1/2 to 2/2

Note :- The contractor shall deposited the old material reterived from item No. 4 to 16 to AGE E/M Water Supply store yard by his own arrangement withount any extra financial benefit rates to be included in quoted rate and shall maintain the record for the same.
