M&L for 4 mm thick, plain sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or with wooden beads (supplied alongwith shutters) in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer, calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100N (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Variation in profile size of frame ±5mm is allowed and contractor's quoted rate is deemed to include the same .

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC wood grain printed Moulded Door Shutter, with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick wood grain moulded prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking of shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in back filling of steel frames, bed blocks for fixing of hold fasts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2sqm each & refixing the shutter in same opening including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel rectangular frames for built in cupboard doors, made out of mild steel sheet 1.0 mm thick with girth of frame 185mm including MS rawls plugs and fixing 100mm long butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed .

S&F pressed steel door shutters including stiffeners made out of mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick, cut to size, holes punched and welded seams including bending or turning up all around, mitered angle, one no locking arrangement as per Godrej pattern, two nos handle and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Measurement of door shutter shall be taken as exact size of cupboard opening (excluding frame and folded/ turned up portion). (ii) Stiffeners of 150mm girth and height equal to height of shutter made to shape as directed by Engr-in-charge. cost of these stiffeners shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for door shutters and no extra measurement/payment shall be made for the same.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter 19 to 20mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900N (edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 850 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant .WPC to be laminated with PVC coil of minium 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed countersunk stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.
