Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as directed.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE, LT Cable, with PVC outer sheath Type-I as per IS - 5831, insulated stranded aluminium conductor as Per Class-2 of IS - 8130 served with and inner sheathining of PVC tape- ST-I as per IS-5831 color Red, Yellow, Blue & Black ,armoured with Galvanised steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I & II) with latest amendments of Size cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 07 above but for cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade.

All as per serial item No. 07 above but for cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade.

Supply and laying or fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for 100 mm bore GI tubing light grade.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and incluidng inserting Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 100 mm dia shall be measured and paid separately under restive item.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 400 Amp, with spread terminal with incoming and outgoing phase insulation sleeves short circuit, shunt trip coil with contactor, breaking capacity not less than 36 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc disconnecting and making incoming, outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 13 above but for MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 250 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 25 KA.

All as per serial item No. 13 above but for MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 100 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA.

All as per serial item No. 13 above but for MCCB, 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 63 Amp, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB suitable for 415 volts AC supply, 63 Amps, Four Pole 'C' series with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 9/10 KA. complete all as specified and directed.

Checking, testing and taking out all the LT cables by cutting old rusted nuts, bolts etc, refreshing all the cables (one in coming and 4 to 8 out going) by providing new lugs, MS nuts, bolts and washers including required excavation work, returning filling, removal and making good, welding of panels hinges including proper locking arrangement of LT panel front or rear doors and proper opening and closing, painting of LT panels with smoke grey paint over a coat red oxide primer, marking / writting incomming and out going feeder to particular block / building Nos with white paint complete all as directed. Note: Excavation of earth work for taking out cable loop shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

S&F straight through cable joint (epoxy) for XLPE UG cable 1100 volt 16 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

S&F straight through cable joint (epoxy) for XLPE UG cable 1100 volt 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

S&F straight through cable joint (epoxy) for XLPE UG cable 1100 volt 150 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Demolitiong of old earth pit and Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply and fix in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required by using 25mm x 3mm aluminium strip complete all as directed.
