Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type 1 Flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The cost of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of size upto 100 mm dia shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting with flat iron clamps of size 25 mm x 4 mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge .

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia.

S&F in repair LED Solar Street Light 40 Watt made with High Efficiency Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module, Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery with in-built BMS technology, High Efficacy LED, MPPT Solar Charge Controller and Aluminium Extruded body with all necessary acessories required complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Inverter 20W LED Batten with upto 4 hrs of backup of 120cm length, pre wired , colour temperature of 6500K, white colour, charging time of maximum 8 hours, with inbuilt driver complete fitting and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector including taking down old unserviceable light fittings any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair energy efficient LED highbay light fitting of 120 Watt capacity with toughened clear glass , LED chip efficacy 130 lumen / watt, system efficacy 120 lumen / watt, luminarie shall be mandatory brand embossed on luminaries, potted antivibration driver. The driver shall be able to withstand for indoor at 440V for 8 hours . The driver should have fascility and cut off voltage. Input over voltage protection will be 300 Volt AC and for cut off the luminaires should withstand for 48 hours at 100 Volt AC. The LED efficacy shall be more than 85% at a junction temperature of 85 degree centigrade. All screws of the luminaires should be SS304. Luminaires pressure dicast aluminium housing with mendatory secondary optics, CCT: 5700K ANSIBIN, CRI 70, LED source : 1-5 Watt high power type , driver of luminaire shall be preferably in separate compartment another optical compartment .The LED driver shall be constant current type fully potted. Driver shall be provided for all luminaires. It should be moiture resistant and fire reterdant. At least industrial grade or higher grade component should be used for manufacturing of driver. The driver shall be able to withstand surge (EFT+ESD interference) of minimum 4 KV. Luminaire shall have surge protection device of minimum 10 KV inside the driver compertment. The driver shall have under voltage, over voltage and short circuit protection and auto recovery mode. Total harmonic distortion shall be 10% with power factor minimum 0.95. It should give consistent performance in the input voltage range of 120 V - 270 V at 50 Hz. Luminaires shall be mandatory brand embossed of luminaries and including all electric connection and bracket of suitable size up to 1.5 m long and MS Flat clamps of suitable size and other accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fix back light glow signboard for electrical installations, dimensions are 2.5 feet wide and 22 feet long, Logo of MES should be affixed on left side and LOGO of SWC should be affixed on right side with installation name in between LOGO, signboard should be supported on cast iron frame with 3 feet long supports on either sides. Requisite PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable sheathed 6 Sqmm flat twin core for connection be provided, Metallic supports be fixed to PCC column properly through coping including taking down the old exosting one complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 63 Amp, 4 pole power contactor, rated impuse withstand voltage 8KV, rated insulation voltage 690V complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 32 Amp 3 pole power contactor, frequency 50Hz, 690V insulation voltage, rated impulse withstand voltage 8KV complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair modular Switch 1 way 6A ,1 module 250 volts AC one way ISI, marked model fantasy with suitable frame and covers with matching colours, complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 25KA, Ics=100%Icu conforming to IEC-60947-2, adjustable thermal (0.7 to 1 x In) and fixed magnetic release, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LT cable junction box which shall be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should not be less than 200 x 160 x 98 mm, the polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The JB shall be rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The JBs shall be complied with requirement of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60670-22 & IEC 60670 -2-5. The JB colour according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of JB/ Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosers shall be fire reterdant & self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL subject 94 for flammablity V-2. It should be tested at Glove Wire test for 960 degree centigrade. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable sheathed 4 Sqmm flat twin core for connection for street light fitting with over head lines / service connection complete all as directed.

M & L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian no metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing including taking down existing one complete all as directed. (Note : 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable, 1 run of 2.5 sqmm single core copper cable and 1 run of non metalic PVC conduit shall be measured as single run). Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of street light steel tubular pole 9 mtr long and painting with one coat of aluminum paint including brackets and making alternative black and white strips on pole with Glow/ Luminous synthetic enamal paint (each strip 30 cm height) upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular decorative pole (3.0 mtr long) made of Pressure Die Cast aluminium body and opal PC cover alongwith fixing and including LED light fitting 60W, IP 66 protection and IK 07 rating, short circuit and over voltage protection facility for Driver should be potted with electrolytic capacitor of 105 degree and fiiting including making electrical connection and demolishing the existing old unserviceable pole complete all as directed. Material and Labour PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, (450x450x300mm) of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized Iron electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI wire of 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dully all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of Soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. including demolition of old existing one complete all as specified and directed.
