S&F Mild steel works as in post and struts in fencing cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or reveting etc hand rails, half round or other stocks section or core for wooden hand rail straight porition, drilled and countershank for balusters running bar, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including bolts, and similar work conforming to fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing hot dipped of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only MS galvanized chain link fencing of approved size or type fixed to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour mild steel round bars 10mm dia as in chain link fencing and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other end each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nuts exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15cm dia of shank 16mm length exceeding 150mm but not exceeding 200mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width of girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised 2 Strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbed wires at 75mm spacing and staning and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work as in gate of angle or other section with gussets plate rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings etc and hanging and fastening and fixing of grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality- A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Semi Integrated Solar Street light (120 Lm/W) including LED luminaire with inbuilt battery connected with the PV panel and mounting clamp to be installed on Solar Panel mounted on top of the pole, Inbuilt MPPT charge controller and PIR motion sensor for motion detection. Solar luminary Aluminum pressure die cast (PDC) housing with IP65- 20 watt capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Solar Flood Light (120 Lm/W) System including LED Luminaire, Lithium Ferrous Phosphate Battery, Solar Photo voltaic Panel, module mounting structure, Battery box, interconnecting cables/wires, Inbuilt MPPT charge controller and PIR motion sensor for motion detection, solar luminary Aluminum pressure die cast (PDC) housing with IP65- 30 watt capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Voltage Stabilizer having following features i .e. high power efficiency intelligant time delay system (3 mnts + /- 20 sec ITDS ) inrush current capacity etc for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 270 V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for point wiring for one light / fan / bell point with 4.0 sqmm cable PVC unsheathed and insulated copper multistranded conductor ( FRLS ) 1100 Volts grade cable (red colour cable to be used for live connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection) controlled by one way switch drown through and including PVC concealed conduit with all accessories including 4.0 sqmm copper multistrand conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated (green colour) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth plug socket/ sunken box complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240V,20 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connection using copper of size 20mmx3mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and pit cover of presast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fixing Copper strip of size 20mmx3mm thick as earth continiuty conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or fixed on pole or indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell socket, power socket etc complete including fittings and fixtures removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated cable in PVC concealed conduit of size 19/20 mm (ISI Marked) including PVC accessories (concealed in wall and surface in ceiling complete including cutting chasing & making good to disturbed surface etc including pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall) with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover with 1.5 Sqmm insulated un-sheathed PVC insulated copper conductor common earth and connecting to earth dolly for :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) One fan point controlled by one, one way switch

(c) One socket outlet 3 Pin, 5 Amp on independent board

(d) One socket outlet 3 Pin, 5 Amp on same board.

M&L for point wiring with 2.50 Sq mm single core multi-stranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated, unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade in PVC concealed conduit of size 19/20 mm (ISI Marked) including PVC accessories (concealed in wall and surface in ceiling complete including cutting chasing & making good to disturbed surface etc including pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall) with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover with 1.50 Sq mm single core, multi-stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable for common earth and connecting for earth dolly for 5 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet on Independent board complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable flourescent tube light fitting 36/40 watt fluorescent tube light fittings direct to walls or roof as ordered and disconnecting electrically with the electrical system and all materials required for the same. The rates also include making good the same to match with the existing surface.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 20 watt 4 ft long LED Batten housing made of extruded alluminium with milky white diffuser and inbuilt electronic driver system lumen output should be at least 1800 lumen with a CCT of 6000 K, power factor should be greater than 0.9 with all accessories and connecting up complete with 3 core flexible cable white of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable wall mounting fitting & supply & fix decorative wall mounting type made up of polycarbonate rings, and glass shade with lamp holders, connectors block, 1 x 09 watt LED Blub,glass fitted engineering plastic B22 lamp holder with electrical copper contactcs, self screwed polycarbonate diffuser in opal finish for soothing light effect, LED 09 watt etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable lamp holder and S&F lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings including LED lamp 09W complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unsv DB and supply and fixing factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 volts 8 way single pole and neutral link complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCB’s and supply & fix following type/rating MCB’s including necessary connection as under :-

(a) S & F of MCB, 10 to 32 Amp, SP, 240 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) S&F of MCB, 25 to 32 to Amp, SPN, 240 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix wall mounted fan PVC body AC single Phase. 230V of size 400m sweep with three blades, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
