Materia & Labour for compressor Motor Stator rewinding of 100 TR screw chiller water colled type model No LCW1-105X030604 make blue star complete all a as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.Note:- (i) The compressor motor shall rewinded at bluestar authorised service center. (ii) The contractor shall produce pre and post test result of motor. 3) The winding of stator shall be done as blue star screw compressor maint manual and same to be provided to office .

Labour only for carefully unloading loading of compressor ,overhaulling ,granding of screw male and female ,dismentalling and assembling compressor ,testing , commissoning, transportation, nitrogen pressure testing ,leakage repairing ,vaccumisation and Comprssor Refrigerant Gas R134a filling /charging , compressor oil filling and drain out of old uservicable compressor oil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Comprssor Refrigerant Gas R134a shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for filling / charging and Compressor Oil shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under serial item no.19 of Schedule 'A' BoQ. (ii) The rate of Labour for filling / charging of Comprssor Refrigerant Gas R134a and Compressor Oil shall be paid under this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) All work of comprssor repair will be done as per Blue star screw compressor maint manual and same to be provided to office . (iv)The Testing report of compressor shall provided by contractor at his own cost and nothing shall be paid extra on this account . (v) if contractor fails to submit testing report , payment shall not be relaesed to contractor . (vi) Copy of test report duly defaced by Engineer-in-charge shall be enclosed with RAR / Final bill before release the payment to contractor.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Compressor Overhaulling Kit (Bearing set & Bearing spacer /disc spring & Discharge bearing fixed ring) for 100 TR blue star screw chiller model No LCW1-105X030604 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Compressor Suction filter for 100 TR blue star screw chiller model No LCW1-105X030604 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of compressor loading & unloading slide ring in screw type unit 100 TR model No LCW1-105X030604 .After completion of Job same unit shall be tested in presence of Engineer- in- charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for rectification of leakage by proper method and T&P ,after the leakage rectification the proper pressure test may be carried out as per standard SOP, vaccumisation and flushing the compressor with nitrogen gas and then after filling / charging Comprssor Refrigerant Gas R134a . After completion of Job same unit shall be tested in presence of Engineer- in- charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:(i) The Comprssor Refrigerant Gas R134a shall be issued under Schedule 'B' free for filling/ charging. (ii)The rate of Labour for filling / charging of Comprssor Refrigerant Gas R134a shall be paid under this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of compressor outer insulation as per Blue star SOP and maint mannual in screw type unit 100 TR model No LCW1-105X030604 after completion of Job same unit shall be tested in presence of Engineer- in- charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of motor winding tempr sensor as per Blue star SOP and maint mannual in screw type unit 100 TR model No LCW1-105X030604 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of compressor COPLAND EMMERSION 3 PH Reciprocating Compressor - CR 36 (3 Ton) 3 PH in package type AC plant including removing the old compressor with proper tools and fixing the same with new compressor including charging of refrigerant gass and connection of copper pipe with welding work ,control wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing controller card Make :- MCS -MAGNUM-N-12 for 100 TR screw chiiler Model No :- LCW1 -105X 030604 including programming and connector .Note :- Make of chiller Blue star.The controller card shall have following specification:- (a) Sensor input = 12 input 0-5 VDC, (b) Digital input- 4 input 0/5 VDC, (c) Relay output -10 A,6,3A @230VAC (d) analog output- 4 output 0-10 VDC (e) input power -12 VDC

Supply and fixing in replacement of PCB card of 100 TR screw type HITACHI chiller Model No of PCB :- PCB0807E with programming and visiting charge of service engineer as existing on site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Adaptor relay card for hitachi 100TR secrw chiller as sample exisitng on site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note for Serial item No. 1.00 to 37.00 :- 1. All old unservicable material obtained from serial item No.1.00 to 37.00 shall be deposited in the store yard of concerned AGE of GE Utility Bathinda by the contractor at his own arrangment as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Nothing shall be paid extra to contractor on this account.
