Capacitor, ball bearing, bush and flexible wire shall be measured and paid saperately. Note : The compressor and spray machine shall be arranged/brought by contractor at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Note for Ser items Nos. 1 to 46 : - (i) The above said work is based on daily complaint based work and contractor has to take daily complaint from MES complaint cell from cocnern JE E/M on Daily basis (Except Sunday and Holiday). (ii) Contractor has to attend the complaint within 24 Hrs after received complaint from JE E/M. (iii) Contrctor has to provide the contact number of their Engineer or supervisor to concerned JE E/M so that massges of complaint can also be send on the same mobile number. (iv) For non collection of daily complaint from JE E/M Rs. 500/- per day will be recovere from contractor's dues. (v) for Non attaendance of complaints within 24 Hs Rs. 200 per day per complaint will be recovered from contractor's dues. (vi) Contractor from their Engineer or supervisor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user within time and date to JE E/M. (vii) The make/manufacturer shall be approved by the GE before incorporation in the work as per Appendix 'B' to particular specification section -II of Tender.
