S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, double door with IP-43 protection single phase 240 volts 8 way, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including chases in wall for fixing DB and making good the distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 240 volts any rating from 6 to 40 amps, 'C' cruve with rupturing capacity 10 KA, including providing thimble for out going cablescomplete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Two run of submain wire(phase and neutral) and one run of earth including PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one run.

S & F in replacement of old unsv sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA=01 NO as incoming and 12 nos. MCB SP 40 Amps, C series as outgoing. ( (i) MCCB, MCB and DB should be of same make. (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iv) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly.

S&F in repair LED luminaire 600 mm X 600 mm , 35/36 watt 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver holder & driver & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver with three core flexible copper conductor suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair bldg secuirty light fitting energy saving high efficiency LED street light fitting 25 Watts, 5700 K, IP 66, having pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, prismatic polycarbonate cover complete including GI bracket of size 25 mm dia bent to shape having length not less than 0.9 mtr fixing with clamp etc and making connections using cord flexible 3 core copper cable of suitable size from ceilling rose/ PVC connector to light fittings or as directed by Engr-in-chrage.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15 mm bore light grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt packed around the earth plate and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4 kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion complete all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I and connecting to existing earth test point complete all as specified and directed or including testing on completion.(Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amps, thermal magnetic release having breaking capacity 16KA, 415 Volts in the existing TPN DB including any addition/alteration to the DB to accommodate the new MCCB and connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amps, thermal magnetic release having breaking capacity 25KA, 415 Volts in the existing TPN DB including any addition/alteration to the DB to accommodate the new MCCB and connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 20mm dia Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy duty exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable ,pole foundation,stay,laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for brick covering equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with well burnet sub class ‘B’ bricks laid as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole including fittings /clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 54,053.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
