Taking out from trenchs / from under roads existing old unservicable rusted / corroded GI pipe 100 mm bore and connections including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 04 above but for GI pipe of 80 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 04 above but for GI pipe of 50 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 04 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 04 above but for GI pipe of 20 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 04 above but for GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 04 to 09 : Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of schedule of works.

Supplying, Laying, jointing and testing of Steel water tubing 100 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for GI pipe of 80 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for GI pipe of 50 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for GI pipe of 20 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 10 above but for GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 10 to 15 :- (i). Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule of work) (ii). The cost of new GI fittings are included in the quoted rate of this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Laying, jointing, commissioning & testing only in trenches old servicable GI pipe 100 mm bore after cleaning , removing rusted particle & mud particles of inside surfaces and outside surfaces of wall of pipe etc including supply and fixing new tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but for GI pipe of 80 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but for GI pipe of 50 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but for GI pipe of 25 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but for GI pipe of 20 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but for GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 16 to 21:- (i). The cost of cleaning , removing rusted particle & mud particles of inside surfaces and outside surfaces of wall of pipe is inclueded in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) The cost of new tube fittings are included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii). Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of schedule of works. (iv). old pipe fittings shall not be used in this item.

All as per serial item No. 22 above but for GI pipe of 20 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 22 above but for GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 22 to 24 The quoted rate against these items are deemed to be included for sorting out and stacking serviceable GI pipes for relaying / reuse under respective item from the unserviceable pipes.

All as per serial item No. 25 above but for GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 25 to 27 The cost of new GI fittings are included in these items and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fixing stain less steel spindle of sluice valve 100 mm dia including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet after taking out the unserviceable spindle by opening the top of sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 200 mm bore CI pipe including spun yarn complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 150 mm bore CI pipe including spun yarn complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 100 mm bore CI pipe including spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 80 mm bore CI pipe including spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for detecting and repairing the water leakage in already laid CI / DI pipe line 200 mm bore including necessary excavation and earth work , bailing out stagnated /muddy water complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 47 above but for 150 mm bore CI/DI pipe line.

All as per serial item No. 47 above but for 100 mm bore CI/DI pipe line.

All as per serial item No. 47 above but for 80 mm bore CI/DI pipe line. Notefor serial item No. 47 to 50 : (i) Contractor shall depute Labour / Pipe Fitter and other require equipments such as JCB / Tractor and Fuel etc. to attend the leakage / complaint on daily basis as per complaint traced out . (ii) Complete site for attending the leakage shall not be handed over to contractor at a time. Site of leakage only handed over to the contractor on site requirement basis. (iii) Contractor / Supervisor shall collect complaint of leakage from concerned JE as daily basis and shall complete the complaint on the same day. (iv) If leakage again found during the currency period of contract at the repaired location contractor shall repair again without any extra cost in terms of condition 46 of IAFW-2249 of General condtion of contracts. (v) Contractor shall provide equipments like JCB / tractor etc. and fuel at his own cost and arrangement for rectifying the complaint as per site requirement and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) The cost of Excavation & earth work is included in this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii), CI / DI fittings, Rubber Gasket tyton Push on joints and run lead joints shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of schedule of works as Material and Labour.

Material and labour for repair the leakage of GI pipe line of 100 mm dia by replacing the necessary new fittings such as elbows ,nipples union,reducers etc, GI pipe medium grade upto 1.00 mtr long as per site requirement if required, including earth work such as excavation , returning and removal and bailing out of stagnated / muddy water till restore the water supply complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 51 above but for 80 mm bore GI pipe line.

All as per serial item No. 51 above but for 40 mm/50 mm bore GI pipe line.

All as per serial item No. 51 above but for 25 / 32 mm bore GI pipe line.

All as per serial item No. 51 above but for 15/20 mm bore GI pipe line. Note for serial item No. 51 to 55 (i) The cost of excavation & earth work and new fittings such as elbows ,nipples union,reducers etc, and GI pipe medium grade upto 1.00 mtr long of required size are included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii). Old pipe fittings shall not be used in this item.

Material and labour for detecting and repairing water leakage from the exising PVC pipe line of 110 mm bore including supply and fixing new PVC fittings of require size along with necessary new CI/ DI Joint, including necessay excavation earth work and bailing out stagnated / muddy water etc complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 56 above but for PVC pipe line 90/75 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 56 above but for PVC pipe line 50/63 mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 56 above but for PVC pipe line 20/25 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 56 to 59 (i) Contractor shall depute Labour / Pipe Fitter and other require equipments such as JCB / Tractor and Fuel etc. to attend the leakage / complaint on daily basis as per complaints are traced out . (ii) Complete site for attending the leakage shall not be handed over to contractor at a time. Site of leakage only be handed over to the contractor on site requirement basis.
