M&L for Roof Treatment in patches as specified below and as directed : (a) M&L for 50mmthick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof with approved water proofing compound in proportion as recommended by manufacturer. (b) Surface Preparation. Cleaning the screed surface to make it laitance, dust and sludge free, removing any extended portion by grinding using suitable equipment and providing basic repair including filling of any cracks or pot holes with sika latex mortar modifier. (c) Joint Sealing and detailing. Providing and applying sika reemat premium at all detailing areas. (d) Epoxy Primer. Providing and applying Sikalastic-10 Primer EP, 2 part, and solvent free, low viscous epoxy based primer applied at consumption of 0.2 Kg/Sqm. The primer must have a compressive strength60N/Sqmm and flexural strength 30NSqmm. (e) Waterproofing and cool roof coating. Providing and applying Sikalastic-590 IN, single component, flexible, liquid applied UV and weather resistant, polyuethane waterproofing membrane with high reflective orioerties. The waterproofing membrane must have following properties:- (i) Tensile strength 1.5N/Sqmm according to ASTM D412 (ii) Elongation at break250 according to ASTM D412 (iii) The liquid membrane must be resistant to growth of algae and fungi and have high SRI of 106 with reflectivity 84% according to green bldg reqmts. (iv) The waterproofing membrane must be applied in three coat of SIKALASTIC-590 IN applied at consumption of 0.5Kg/Sqm each coat. (v) The roofing system should be compatible with bitumen. Note : (i) Make of all the product for above treatment - SIKA or TECHNO commercial equivalent make approved by GE in writing in make mention in Appx 'B' or from E-in-C approved list. (ii) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of System. (iii) The application must be done with necessary detailing as per manufacturer method statement. (iv) The manufacturer must be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and valid certificate must be produced as prove.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2sqm each & refixing the shutter in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete including tile in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same complete all as specified

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces. (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush / coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs. (g) Laying AAC block as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make : Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / BASF / STP. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item No. 9.00 here-in-before but except bricks

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair face of brickwork or stone masonry surfaces or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking up or down 15/20mm dia GI/PVC Tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified..

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 20mm dia with all fittings solvent and fixed to wall and Ceiling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 25mm dia GI/PVC Tubing and connection including, cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified..

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes ISI SDR 11 pipe 25mm dia with all fittings solvent and fixed to wall and Ceiling or laid in floor, bore of pipe 25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polythylene 500 capacity water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including brass float valve 20 mm bore, high pressure with polythene ball & float & dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified

Dismantling and refixing old 500 Ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylen water storage tank after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair Rotational moulded polythylene 1000 capacity water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including Brass float valve 20 mm bore, high pressure with polythene ball & float & dismantling of old water tank complete all as specified

S&F framed work such as grill, grating or guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (for steel surfaces) including preparation of surface complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors after dismantling CI/PVC pipe alongwith fittings of 100mm dia, below or above GL, laid in floors or fixed to walls jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius ,110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors after dismantling CI/PVC pipe alongwith fittings of 75/mm dia, below or above GL, laid in floors or fixed to walls jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair CI bends, diminishing pieces or tapers, bore of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs 75mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal bore 110 mm provided with access door complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580x440 mm white, with integral foot rests, CI 'P' or 'S' traps 100mm & PVC flush pipes 32mm dia including connecting to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc including all joints and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of tile including S&F Premium quality non-skid ceramic tile of size 400mm x 400mm, thickness of 7 to 8mm pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tiles water absorption of the tile should be between 3% to 6% Make Glosstra series of Samany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of tile including S&F Premium quality glazed ceramic tile of size 600mm x 300mm thickness 7mm, water absorption between 10% to 20% pasted with tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tile Make Glosstra series of Samany or equivalent in Johnson/Kajaria complete all as specified and directed
