Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm. Drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised iron strip size 32x6mm, buried in ground upto 50 cm depth/ fixed to wall with nut, bolt, saddles, insulators etc for loop earthing including welding of joints all as required at site including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed or directed.

M&L for Galvanised Iron tubing light grade 40mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/ fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanised Iron tubing light grade 20mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/ fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed ,welding and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified.ing point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for poles, stay foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using 4mm GI mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit alongwith angel iron 40x40x3mm frame and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaing surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 3 of SSR part I 1991 or directed and testing on completion.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles of 11 metres long, type 410 SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, goose neck bracket, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws as specified and painting internal surface with anti-corrosive paint and external surface painting upto 1.5 m height from base of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality black & yellow colour alternate strip 30 cm wide over a coat of red oxide primer and remaing portion with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation & earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm thick by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel, protection to earth lead with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia upto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode, including necessary excavation & earth work (in any strata) and PCC chamber including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of suction sweeper machine trolley mounted of capacity 3 HP motor 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , 2900 rpm, suction/delivery 50 mm dia, comprising with following :- pump sp2-h, DOL starter suitable to motor, suction/delivery hose 50mm size 30 mtrs roll, suction sweeper head 900mm fitted with heavy duty nylon brussels, nylon rope 25 mm 60mtrs, inlet outlet connection fittings, pump motor mounted on a rigid stainless steel body moveable trolley etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Nylon brush as per sample (50cmX7.0cm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 90 Watt, 240 volts lP66 LED flood light luminaries comprising of Die cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket of lamp and driver compartment with 120 degree view angle, lumen output 120 Lum/ watt, color temp 5000-6500K, CRI 70, THD 15%, PF 0.95, IP-66 and LM 80 test compliance. The driver must be integrated APFC with short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection against 5KV high surges. Supply & installation and testing commissioning of Eco friendly Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 58.5 KVA liquid cooled silent DG Set comprising liquid cooled diesel engine conforming to IS 10001/10002(aii parts ammendement till date) deveoping 74 BHP @ 1500 RPM 58.5 KVA , Alternator (as per IS :13364) rated at 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted, and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with MS fuel tank integrated control panel, residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 1 N0. 12 volts DC battery, battery leads 1st fill of lube oil, and other feature ISO 8528 for varying load, ISO 3046 BS 5514 for load exceeding 10%, Electronic Governor as per ISO 8528 (Part V), brushless exciter, Solid state voltage regulator, Class "H" insulation, Voltage regulation : No load to full load, ±1% complete with the following specifications:

(A) ENGINE : Eco friendly for emission and noise, (CPCB-IV plus norms compliace) 4 stoke diesel Engine confirming to latest pollution Norms, developing 74 BHP @ 1500 RPM, with Electronic governing , optimum turbocharger Liquid cold with cold starting Kit complete with a provision for 10% overload for one hour on 58.5 KVA. DOC system set off the reaction to meet the CPCB-IV plus norms, reduction in PM, NOX HC. Adavanced digital AVR improves the voltage Silent pole brushless type suitable for direct couple to engine self excited, self regulated with fast response thyristor type electronic automatic voltage withhold out put voltage with in desired limit(+1%) Dynamically balanced 400/415 volts AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire 0.8 PF lagging 58.5 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclousers with insullation class- F/H and with stand an over load of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours operation ambient temperature condition as per BS 2613 IS 4722.

(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacture design. Polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. Sound proofing with high quality Foam/ rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noice level shall be not exceed 75 DB at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms. fuel tank for 12 hours (100% load) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. Emergency stop push button out side the container. Provn of light inside the canopy providing of LED fitting of suitable watt with wiring and control switch.

(D) GENSET CONTROLLER WITH AMF PANEL: Microprocessor based, Graphical LCD display, Integrable with AMF panel , synchronizaon & communication configurations, metering, protection and control system with built-in torque matched Volts/Hz overload control, Single control for all genset function such as Digital governing, Digital voltage control, Engine control, Operator interface, Protection, Advanced control functions, Phase Voltages & Currents, Frequency, Genset kVA , KW, kWh, KVAr, Power Factor, Canopy Temperature , Lube oil Pressure, Engine Temperature, RPM, Run Hours, Number of starts, Fuel Level in Ltrs and in percentage, Auto/Manual Stop, Battery charge condition, Battery charging failure, Over/Under speed, Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, Phase Seq. (iii) Rep of OEM shall be present during testing of DG set. (iv) DG set should cover under standard labeling program with all applicable amendments for Scheme for energy Efficiency labelling. (v) DG shall be of O2E series (Optimal Operating Efficiency), low emission, high efficiency engine. (vi) Contractor shall submit the CPCB-IV plus norms complicance report/certificate of DG set. BIS certificate for diesel engine, wiring diagram, manufacture test report etc, to the deptt.
