M&L for providing Premixed bitumenous macadam not exceeding 75mm thick using paving bitumen @ 4% (VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness, using combined graded aggregate i.e. crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inherent filler/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified (refer SSR Part-I of 2009), pre-heated, mixed with 4.5% to 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity tendom vibratory roller used in static mode complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as mentioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if required, to achieve the required level, gradient, camber and shape all as directed by the AGE (I)/GE. (ii) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and binder (bitumen). Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the AGE (I)/GE. (iii) Contractor’s quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects. (iv) The job design mix formula shall be carried out from the approved lab and be got approved from the AGE (I)/GE before commencement of the work.

M&L for painting 2mm thick with thermoplast fluorescent paint of colour white or golden yellow or any other shade conforming to BS standard 3262 with 20% glass beads (inter mixed) applied hot with automatic (commercial) machine drive in strips after preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer’s instructions & according to the specifications laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry Of Surface Transport)- Specifications 2001 (4th revision), making lines, broken lines/dashes, arrows etc. on roads and other like surfaces not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repair Retro Reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm dia with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conformning to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up of M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair cat eye Solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm, with PAMA striplens reflector, fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solar stud/ Cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe 600 mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of colour Green, Red and Yellow radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection and fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate (block size 15x15x30cm) with necessary fixing arrangements as per manufacturer’s instructions with & including excavation, earth work and removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PE- plastic speed bumps of size 750X 250X 75 mm in Yellow and Black colour, filling in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate to backs of bumps with and including drilling holes etc for securing with 6mm dia 150mm long lag bolts with resin hardener to concrete surfaces/steel spike hardware for mounting to asphaltic surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PE- plastic speed bumps of size 500X 250X 50 mm in Yellow and Black colour, filling in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate to backs of bumps with and including drilling holes etc for securing with 6mm dia 150mm long lag bolts with resin hardener to concrete surfaces/steel spike hardware for mounting to asphaltic surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Convex Mirror 800 mm dia, polycarbonate reflected, outdoor type with hood ABS body including stand (MS pipe 60mm dia of height 1.5 m duly painted for fixing mirror and fixed in position in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (block size 450x450x600mm) to bear self load and wind pressure with necessary fixing arrangements as per manufacturer’s instructions with & including excavation, earth work and removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 6998.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
