Dismantling of existing unserviceable Insulators of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable stay assembly of any Size and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for taking out of unserviceable under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil (any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' including taking of old bricks from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Notes-:(i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately. (ii)Thickness of 18cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

M& L in replacement for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plate fabricated from steel structural including nuts,bolts washers welding,bending cold or hot,drilling holes and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loop type insulator, porcelain vitreous white or brown, with overall dimensions of 65mm x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for pin type porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts and 65 mm dia , 100mm herght for 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulators bolts, washers and nuts complete 100 mm height and 115 mm dia for 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement ACSR conductor steel, reinforced 14 swg on over head lines fixed on insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14 mm dia, 40 cm long ( over all) galvanised stay rod 16 mm dia 215 cm long with threaded ends GI nuts, bolts, washers, stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick 2 Nos of thimbles, MS clamps made out of 50 mm x 6 mm flat iron complete including stay wire 7/8 SWG complete all as specified and directed including necessary excavation and earth work and PCC 1:3:6 all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR-2009 Part-I (PCC and earth work, loop type insulator, stay clamps shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule) including taking down existing old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice plates made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white letters, figures, and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size including taking down existing old unsv danger notice plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for the following size including taking out old one.

Material and labour for replacement of indicator lamp in red, yellow and blue colour with lamp holder multi LED type complete including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

M&L for painting of panel board of (Area not more than 8 Sq mtr) inner & outer complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavaties with filler one coat after cleaning all dust/rust including writing the Distribution/Panel Number and panel details all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The Quoted rates are inclusive of white wash to foundation of Panel Board/ Painting to Angle Frames complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for jointing and testing LT straight through (heat shrinkable) joint suitable for LT cable 1100 volts grade 35 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for jointing and testing LT straight through (heat shrinkable) joint suitable for LT cable 1100 volts grade 120 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation of electric poles, struts PCC blocks including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in the foundation of electric poles,stay assembly and struts PCC blocks including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone aggregate of size 40mm to 80 mm spreading over as per requirement in the sub station areas/2 Pole/4 Pole structure including proper levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pinpointing of 11 KV underground LT cable fault of any size with help of cable fault locating (CFL Machine) consisting of DC testingcomplete to locate the exact fault location and cable jointing & suitable joint shall be measured and paid seperetly under item No 38 & 39 complete all as specified and directed.
