Supply, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning in trenches or drawn through pipe or fixed on wall / poles , LT cable 1100 volts, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wired armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16Sqmm 4 Core, including dismantling and taking out/down the old unserviceable LT cable from the trenches of from poles/ pipes ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for GI pipe light grade 50mm dia Tubes,  with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete for protection of cables including dismantling and taking out/down the old unserviceable pipe ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for GI pipe light grade 80mm dia Tubes,  with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete for protection of cables including dismantling and taking out/down the old unserviceable pipe ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for making good the damaged Tar Road to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge by using additional premix bitumenous metal , stone metal, PCC etc ; Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repair of LT Panel board of any size with replacing the unserviceable MCCB, MCB, switch fuse unit , change over , Busbar, etc jointig cable with proper lugs ,nut , bolt and washers, cleaning the panel by using of CRC Soluation and repairing the panel door by using hinges , repairing the lock system, welding etc painting the LT Panel with one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint and panel shall be repaird make it functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) MCCB, MCB, switch fuse unit & change over if replaced shall measured and paid separately . (ii) Cost of new Busbar, panel door, cable gland, lugs,CRC Solution, nut, bolts, painting etc and washers are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 4 Pole, 400 Amps , with breaking capacity 36 KA , fixed  type(HBC Series),adjustable type  thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II and connecting  & it shall be replaced in existing panel boards ; Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps , with breaking capacity 25KA , fixed  type (HBC Series),adjustable type  thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II and connecting  & it shall be replaced in existing panel boards ; Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 Amps , with breaking capacity 16KA , fixed  type (HBC Series),adjustable type  thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II and connecting  ; & it shall be replaced in existing panel boards ; Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, 4 Pole, 63Amps , with breaking capacity 16KA , fixed  type (HBC Series),adjustable type  thermal setting 70-100% and magnetic adjustable 5-10 times AC 415 volt ,50 HZ conforming to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II and connecting  ; & it shall be replaced in existing panel boards ; Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for replacement of existing Amp meter (0-300Amp) along with unserviceable CT if any from existing LT Panel of any size ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for replacement of existing Volt meter 0 to 600 volt , digital type from existing LT Panel of any size ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for prepration of old painted surfaces of the LT Steel tubular pole 9 metres long up to full height , and M & L for painting the LT Steel tubular pole 9 metres long up to full height with two coats of  synthetic enamel paint , including writing  pole number with black paint letters under yellow circle ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried vertically  in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 metres below normal ground level) connected to & including GI strip 32 x 6 mm , by means of bolts, nuts, and check nuts and washers etc encased in & including GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth strip both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 meters, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR - 2004 Part - I, GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors / plinths or fixed on walls / pole etc or concealed in walls etc; with & including provision of mixture of charcoal dust and common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with GI 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and MS funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of Earth plate , main earth lead , GI strip 32 x 6 mm , protection pipe 40 mm dia , Excavation and returning filling of Soil any type , PCC eartth pit with MS frame & cover, Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs, & testing on completion are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

 Supply, installation, commissioning  and testing of  switch Air break, Gang operated with 12  insulator polymer type  type  switch Triple pole mechanicaly operated, mounted on  insulator and steel frame, with mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door type vertical mounted type  complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount  carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolate suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as per site requirement and as specified by Engr Incharge , complete with DO fuses assembly with channel and  one No. operating Rod of 25 mm dia bore medium  grade GI pipe of suitable length worked out from ground level and handle complete with   lock and two Nos  keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD incl nut,bolt, washers including disconnecting and taking down the old unserviceable  GOD & accessories   ; Complete all as specified and as  directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 

 Material and labour for checking of HT UG 11 KV XLPE faulty cable with HT UG cable fault locating testing machine, rectifing the fault, putting the jointing kit and charging the cable as all as specified and directed.  Approx length 500 RM for each Job.  (The rate for excavation, removing of old cable, laying after repairs is demmed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor).

Supply & fixing for LT line seperator 3/4 lines made of high quantity PVC material to provide 300 mm distance between phase to phase and neutal or as per sit reuirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and Fixing in replacement bus bar enclosure 800mm x 600mm x 200mm made out of  3.15 mm thick CRCA steel  duly powder coated using 7 tank process with and including MCCB 4 pole ,200 amp, 25 kA , thermal magnetic based fitted in bus bar enclosure , using & including 200 Amp rated bus bar, 25x10mm aluminium  and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame  and embedded in and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; Complete all as specified and as  directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Height of the enclouser from ground level 0.5 meter .

Supply and Fixing in replacement bus bar enclosure 800mm x 600mm x 200mm made out of  3.15 mm thick CRCA steel  duly powder coated using 7 tank process with and including MCCB100 amp, 25 kA ,4 pole, thermal magnetic based fitted in bus bar enclosure using 250 Amp rated bus bar, 25x10mm aluminium  and RYB indication lamps duly protected by 2A SP MCB outdoor type welded to suitable size MS angle iron frame  and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ; Complete all as specified and as  directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Height of the enclouser from ground level 0.5 meter .

Supply and fixing ACSR conductor  ; including dismantling and taking out/down the old unserviceable acsr condutor from poles ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for cleaning away all grass vegetation sapling shrubs bushes from under roots and tress not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing upto distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleanness  including levelling of the area complete all as specified and directed.Note : T & P required for this job to be brought by the contractor.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metres long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-55, conforming to relevant IS, including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of botton portion up to 1.8 mtr length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of length 2 m complete including excavation and earth work , foundation concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1 and PCC coping in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , including dismantling and taking out/down the old unserviceable PCC poles from the trenches foundation ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
