Material & Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG 10) all as specified

Material & Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified Notes :- (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less than 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MORTH specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 45.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MORTH specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material & Labour or preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of road and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc., on road pavements and the like 100 to 150 mm wide with thermoplastic paint 2.5 mm thick (white or golden or yellow) all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repairs metal tubular de-lineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repair convex mirror of dia 80 cm at a base height of minimum 1.20 meter above ground level including embedding in PCC 1: 2:4, type B-1, 300mmx300mmx450mm block size with complete fixing arragement as per manufacture instruction including fixing of mild steel post if any complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Speed bump of dimenssion 350 x 250 x 53mm made out of ABS with resistance, wear tear properly highly reflectors moulded in PMMA material, welded with ABS base platebace fixed on roads with adhesive & Zinc plated nails as recommended by the manufacturers complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reiforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour and filling under floor /over floor or in sand cushion under interlocking tiles including well ramming complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with Grey Cement and no pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified. .
