Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water any description upto height 8m and disposal of debris out of MoD land, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and fair, complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work, concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar articles & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on walls, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plaster surfaces & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved colour ove one Coat of Cement Primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Preparation of old plastered surface of wall washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and apply one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old plaster surface of wall washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and apply two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or using metal nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick ( above or below GL) and disposal of debris out of MoD land, complete all as specified

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc finished the surface even & fair complete all as specified

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel/AC sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering from sunshades etc complete all as specified and directed .

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in sunshades ,roof covering, cladding to wall etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall and as in ridge etc fixed with self-tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of any descripion over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto height 8m, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surface of any descripion over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint upto height 8m, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating, formation, surfaces in cutting, rammed and compacted with 0.2 to 0.5 tonne hand roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggrgate) as in sub floor, subbase, floor etc. finished the surface even & fair complete all as specified

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying 30 mm thick bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 90/15 as per IS: 702. Including removal of dust, mud, cleaning of present floor/column surface. Anti-static and electrically conducting mastic flooring confirming to IS: 13026/13074 latest edition and advice of plant manager, for the vertical surfaces, columns including the cost of all labour, material, equipment etc. Mastic shall be mixed either in mastic cooker with batching arrangements for various ingredients or through manual mixing as per direction of Engg-in-charge. Necessary devices shall be provided for maintaining the temperature. The composition of ingredients for mastic per 1000 kg mixed sample is as follows: graphite(The mastic shall contain in specified quantities graphite powder in addition to the usual ingredients as specified in the code): 100 kg, bitumen (90/15): 150 kg, sand: 200 kg, lime powder: 250 kg, 6 mm down aggregate: 300 kg, mixed thoroughly above mixture and heat for two hours, at temperatures 175-200 degree centigrade. The fully cooked charge is to be transferred in mortar pans to the spot sprinkled with lime stone duct to prevent sticking of molten material. The bitumen mastic should be laid in dry surface by bays in one coat and should be spread to specified thickness by suitable hand tools. Levelling should be done with wooden floats and surfaces should be uniformly prepared including rolling and compacting with hand roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

All as per item No 29 here-in-before but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) Pipes confirming to IS-16098, of 150mm internal dia, pressure rating SN-8 fixede with rubber seal and coupler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc, single Y junction, complete as required, fixed as per manufacturer instructions laid in trenchs for sewage lines including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe of cement mortar (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering ,cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe in 150mm

Returning, fillingin, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. as in soils.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed as in soils.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles coloured 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile with & incl 15 mm CM 1:4 screed bed complete all as directed by engr-in-charge

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy digital coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick colored as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site

S&F Viterous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps etc but including brackets,including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand and waste pipe complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F kitchen sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, waste pipe, coupling including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mmx460mm bowl size 410 mmx330mmx 160mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Tubular towel rail, 60cm long between flanges , 20mm dia 'D' type Brass Chromium plated incl brackets, fixed with chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 15mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe

S & F 15 mm bore long body Bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type with capstan heads (chromium plated),and cup screwed down , high pressure for iron pipe complete all as spd & directed.

S&F Swan neck CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms,moulds, mitered/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Inner girth shall only be measured)

M&L for providing reinforced Precast Cement Concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) , water troughs and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match (Note:- TMT bars will be measured and paid separately

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia .

S&F 110 mm bore PVC floor traps plain with grating and 300 mm long out let including jointing with cement concrete type B -1, 1:2:4 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) bends 110mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer.

M&L for 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking glossy coloured finish (50% red colour & 50% yellow colour) paver block of shape and size as decided by GE confirming to IS 15658-2006 incl 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified.

M&L for 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking glossy coloured finish (50% red colour & 50% yellow colour) paver block of shape and size as decided by GE confirming to IS 15658-2006 incl 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 18,725.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
