Rolling and consolidating formation surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in soft spots, depression etc which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient etc including water before or during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size range 100mm to 50mm, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound Macadam (WBM) (granite, basalt or trap) in two layers of 75mm consolidated thickness each with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam (WBM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot Mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite or trap stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 10cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush including necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for reinforced concrete pipes of bore 600mm, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path etc without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Brickwork with flyash bricks (old size) having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cum, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surface or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.0 mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm in width, (from 100mm to 200mm) applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load as per IRC 35, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Repair to potholes (independent) depth of potholes exc 30 mm, not exc 1 sq meach including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and putting in wet mix macadam complete all as specified and directed. Note : The patching of pot holes shall be as per para 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I

Material and Labour for Preparation of existing black top surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying premixed bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness (75mm or less) with paving bitumen any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using binder (Bitumen VG-30) content 4.5% by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specifications of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Pt-I

Preparing the existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10.00 Sqm of road surface and laying premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) any penetration rolled and compected to required camber and gradient using binder content 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in HOT MIX PLANT and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content @5.5% of total mix by weight. However in case of any variation in weight of binder as per actual design mix, the same shall be paid by the contractor.

S&F 80cm dia convex mirror model No Sm 1019 mounted on metal sheet body and frame work suitable for road turning and curves side mounted on square tube sand 50x50mm for mirror bottom each 1.2m high above GL and fixed with PCC grade M-15 complete all as specified and directed.
