Supply and fixing 5 star rated ceiling fan 230 volts,single phase of 1200mm sweep double bearing type including down rod, canopy cover etc and connecting with 3core flexible copper conductor of 0.50 sq mm and including writing of MES No with black enamelled paint as per directed .

S&F sub Main Wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 2x4.0 Sqmm and one single core FRLS PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed flexible copper conductor 4.0 Sqmm size (green colour) cable as earthing lead connecting to main earthing dolly drawn in and including not metallic PVC concealed conduit (heavy grade) of appropriate size but not less than 20mm dia and 1.8 mm thick with all fitting viz tees, bend, junction box including cutting chases on existing wall for concealed wiring, making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with plug socket, metal clap top and MCB 20A SP and making connection with sub main wire with suitable size of copper thimbles including cutting chases on existing wall, flushing the sheet metal enclosure and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install the electric water heater storage type 25 Ltr capacity 5 Star rated of ABS body vertical type glass lined of inner tank and heating element and having the wall mounting arrangement,thermostate,indicators and thermally insulated stainless steel tank of glass lined inside the tank and heating element and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water & testing and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install the electric water heater storage type 50 Ltr capacity vertical type mild steel glass lined inner tank and heating element and having the wall mounting arrangement, thermostate,indicators and thermally insulated stainless steel tank of glass lined inside the tank and heating element and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water & testing and all as specified and directed.

S & F the GI tubing medium grade galvanized 15 mm with all fittings (such as tee, elbow, socket , union, short pieces) concealed and making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and direted .

S & F of Gate Valve/angle valve/cock with flange chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia GI Pipe complete connection all as directed.

S & Fixing the bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down,screwed down,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and and fixed of size 15 mm dial incl all connection as directed and specified .

S & F PVC connection pipe PTMT suitable for geyser connection inlet /out let incl all connection and testing complete all as directed .

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe with brass hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides, 15mm bore (450mm long) complete ISI marked, suitable for cold & hot water upto 0-80 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including PCC base of type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded) of thickness 50mm and dia equals to the base dia of tank complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SP 6-32 Amps 240 volt fixing on existing MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SPN 32 Amps 240 volt fixing on existing MCB DB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement SPN MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosures double door 230 V AC, 50 Hz AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination alumn rod 12mm dia 300 mm long including insulator, nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole pipe all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminum strip 25x3mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or directed.

Supply & fix GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground upto 50 cm depth or fixed to wall with insulators etc for loop ear thingincluding welding for joints all as required at site and as directed . (earth work will not be paid separately).

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm. Drilled and screwed incl 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate elect rode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 4.5 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 3.75 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip 25x3mm size as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore up to test point 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:2:4 type BI, RCC cover with suitable handle, earth pit filled with ground enhancing material i.e. mixture of copper sulphate, magnesia sulphate, graphite power etc mixed in equal quantity all around earth plate up to 15 cm and filled with vegetable soil above GEM up to ground level earth work in any type of soil all as required and directed including testing on completion.

Supply and laying in trenches upto 50 cm depth (including earth work as required) or fixed to wall or poles tubing GI medium grade 20mm bore incl earth work all as required and directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated , screened , PVC bedded, galvansied steel srtip of wire armoured , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core including taking up old unsv XLPE UG cable.

S & F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sq mm, 2 core. laid under ground, fixed along wall, through GI pipe under floor/Road complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Steel tubular swaged pole 9.0metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting the poles with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5mtr from the coping above the ground level with alternate layer of 30cm width with black and yellow paint and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamel paint 2.5 cms height including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in PCC coping complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for tube 40mm bore light grade galvanised with all fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing or fixing to wall pole incl clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in any type soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth (for cable, pole stay etc) and getting out complete all as directed.

All as per Serial item No 29 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for well burned bricks , laind flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection copmplete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation bed of pole including form work complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of disturbed floor including form work etc.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) in coping of poles studs including form work etc complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing, testing & commisioning of high-quality finless, MC PCB type LED Street Light with a minimum system lumen of 5400 Lm and system wattage not exceeding 45W with efficacy not less than 120 lumen/watt. CCT of 5700K with SDCM of 5 and CRI 70. The housing should be of non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. with PF 0.95. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 50000 buring hours LED life @L70 from NABL lab shall be provided. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with and IK-08 rating. Optical and control gear compartments shall be maintainable/replaceable . The Luminaire should have a 20 KV /10 KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire . The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The wattage of each LED should be greater than 1 watt and less than 3 Watt. Only high power Single white LED chip with ceramic based suitable for outdoor use is allowed. Multi Chip , array multi die , mid power ,Integrated arrays and COB’s are not permitted. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only. The luminaire should be capable of withstanding voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown @ 325V and have an auto recovery feature. The Potted drivers should be Isolated with inbuilt not less than 4 KV surge protection & not a printed circuit board without casing mounted inside the luminaire. Suitable arrangement to be made for fixing of light in existing bracket. The Luminaires shall be aesthetically appealing and should have no extremal visible fins. LED's, driver and fixture should be BIS approved and same make, complete making connections with street light terminal box with and including PVC insulated & sheathed single core cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 run for phase, earth,neutral complete all as spd and directed. Make of LED light fitting:- Philips Cat No : BRP056 LED 54 CW SLA PSU GR SPD or equivelent in Osram/ Bajaj/ Wipro

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of street light junction box of 63Amps single phase two wire having 02Nos Al bus bar including 6Amps MCB SP-01No with auto door lock facility with magnetic lock having size 260x120x230mm with IP65 protection including one holding clamp made out of flat iron 40x6 mm nut .bolts washers made to shape for fixing along steel tubular poles complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing bracket for mounting security light made of 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe bend to shape of overall length 1.50 metre incl clamps of FI 40 X 6mm, nuts, bolts & washers made to shape for fixing along steel tubular poles complete all as specified.

M & L for earthing complete with G .l earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr, including PCC chamber in PCC (1 : 2 : 4), type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate), mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick Cl cover with handle , watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering, 15 mm dia medium grade Gl pipe for earth wire protection with and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt. complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to DBs all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.
