Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosures 240 volt with suitable rated bus bar for double door 8 way IP-43DB's lk-09 suitable for one MCB SPN as incoming and 6 MCB SP as out going, mounting flush on wall and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including taking out old unserviceable MCB DB and removing form site. (MCBs shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing of MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'B' curve having breaking capacity 10 KA, complete all as specrified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of Isolator SPN 40 Amps 'B' curve 240 Volts having braking capacity 10 KA, complete all as specrified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement tamper proof electronic single phase whole currrent energy meter (LCD display) 10 Amp to 60 Amp, 240 volt class 1.00 and AC supply including cable connection, proper sealing with barcode with PVC seal. The meter shall comply with the latest version of IS-13779 with at least 2 anti tamper LED indications of line load reversal and earth loading indication including electrical connection with existing system and sealing properly including push fit type transparent meter box . The meter shall work satisfactory with guaranteed accuracy as per limit of IS: 13779. The meter shall be fixed on existing steel boxes on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm complete all as directed. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Carrying out comprehensive maintenance of Hot water appliances installed at Air Force Stn Pathankot complaines by Collection from complaint cell daily between 9.00 am to 10.00 am and Repair in situ or attending of complaints of domestic area as well as tech area after rectifying complaines job card will be return on same date. Defects of the items such as geyser and solar water heater and their similar electrical items and taking down the geysers of any capacity for cleaning/painting if required, including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 2.5 sqmm single core/ two core and length not exceding 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) any accessories as mentioned above found unserviceable shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch. seperately. However any minor requirement essential for making overall system serviceable is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any break down/ Complaint received on Cell phone and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect the day to day complaints of any nature/type. (iii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 72 hrs) will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract. (iv) Manpower requirement for attending and completing day to day complaints will be depending upon the number of complaints which may vary day to day and cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor is advised to quote accordingly. (v) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip "will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M/Rep of MES. (vi) Old material obtained from replaced items under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per Schedule of credit. (vii) Cost of minor spares i.e, insulation tape, lugs, thimbles etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Labour required to carryout the maint / repairs for all repairs including testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in item rate as quoted by the contractor.Items replaced shall be measured and paid seperately . (viii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (viii) Making good the area / cleaning the area will be mandatory for the contractor & failing which penalty of Rs. 5000/- will be charged at each up stance

(e) Submain wiring with two single core FRLS insulated flexible copper conductor cable in existing conduit of sze 2.5 sqmm and one single core PVC FRLS insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 2.5 Sqmm as earth lead in & including making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as required at site or directed by Engr-in- charge.

(f) Supply and replacement MCB single pole 230 Volts any rating from 5 to 30 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA,including providing thimble for out going cables

(g) Fixing only in Replacemet of old usnerviceable syphon assembly for geyser having hole (6/7/9) all complete as per existing make & size as per site requirement all complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable heating element with heating element AC 230 volt of rating 1500 watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 42 above but of rating 2000 Watt capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable Thermostat switch with Thermostat switch for geyser AC 230 volt adjustable range from 60 degree celslus complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable PVC connection with PVC connection 15mm bore (450mm long) complete with brass nuts at water temprature upto100 degree celceus complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of fusible/safety plug melting at 95-100 degree centigrade suitable for any type/make of Geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable bolt with bolt 12mm 100mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only).

Replacement of old unserviceable cable with PVC sheathed, copper conductor, 3 core 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only heating element 1500/2000W for geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Heating elements shall be issued under Sch ,B,)

Replacement of unserviceable internal steel tank of geyser capacity 50 Ltr suitable for geyser of any type/make with necessary screws, nut bolts gasket etc complete and all as specified including taking down of Geysers and reassembling, testing and reinstallation after repair complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply errection and febrication of nut , bolts , washers, collector legs , clamps , screws fabricated from structural steel section including welding,bending cold or hotdrilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and reinstalling , testing and commissioning after repair solar water heating system up to cap 300 LPD including replacement of gasket , nut bolts washer ,hose pipe , flanges , chipping of roof floor , grouting of base plate and , making pedestal of all the grouted legs and minor plumbing work complete all as per manufacturer,s instructions and directed by Engineer -in-Charge .

Replacement of collector plate of size 2 MtrX 1 mtr complete all as per site requirment and directed by Engineer -in-Charge .

Replacement of collector glass as per sample all as per site requirment and directed by Engineer -in-Charge .

Checking serviceability of FPC panel choking , cleaning copper tubes and adding heat transfer chemical 2-3 times ina a year complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying the chocked/ unserviceable/broken/Leak solar panel to the local workshope at Pathankot for drilling the solar panel circulation copper tubes for removing the sediment and descaling the complete circulation tubes with the helps of recommended chemical/acid and brazing/welding the drilling portion and broken or leaking part of tubes to make th e tube leak proof and serviceable copmlete all as spicified and directed by Engineering - in- charge.

Supply and fixing of rubber gasket as per sample of solar system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel water makeup tank of suitable cap connected with main stainless steel tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement strip heater inside Plant ducts air cooled, with mounting provisions using suitable insulators, 230 volts, 3KW capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
