The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing requisite value works with certain government entities, such as Central/State Government, Central/State PSUs, AWHO, AFNHB, CGEWHO, and DGMAP. Additionally, contractors of one class below the eligible class may be considered if they have previously completed similar works satisfactorily. The bidder should also meet the enlistment criteria of 'S' class MES contractors. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, no specific amount or percentage is mentioned.
