Demolition of old valve pit and Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 120 X120 X120 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, inner plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5mm with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old valve pit and Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 60 X 60 X 60 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation and earht work PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, inner plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 5mm with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing of all items for like MCCB, Contactor, relays etc and refix the same duly cleaning/removing carbon etc scaling from LT Panel existed at Various places under GE Utility Bathinda complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) MCCB, Contactor etc measured and paid separately. cost of minor parts like thimble, MCBs upto 32A and labour charges included in this item. No extra cost to be paid for this.

Disconnecting submersible pump of capacity 5 HP, Kirloskar or any make and types from the treated water sump and disconnection of all electric cable connection and earthing etc. & transportation to civil workshop if required and over hauling includign changing of necessary parts, greasing, oiling and re-assembling the complete set & re-installation pump set at site with existing electric cable connection for its serviceability up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge . Note:- (i) Cost of M&L, T&P, greasing, oiling & other minor spare is included in this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Major parts to be measured and paid separately under respective sch of items.

Sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Burnt clay brick old size class 'B' laid dry flat for protection over the cable, width equal to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of LT cable in repair/replacement XLPE, insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) including taking out unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of excavation is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for detecting and repairing water leakage from the exising uPVC pipe line of size 250/200 mm bore including supply and fixing new PVC fittings of require size & new CI/ DI Joint, including necessay excavation earth work and bailing out stagnated / muddy water etc complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for uPVC/PPR pipe line of size 110mm/160mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for uPVC pipe line of size 75/50mm bore.

All as per serial item No. 23 above but for PVC/PPR pipe line 20/25 mm bore. Note for serial item No. 23 to 26. (i) Contractor shall depute Labour / Pipe Fitter and other require equipments such as JCB / Tractor and Fuel etc. to attend the leakage / complaint on daily basis as per complaints are traced out . (ii) Complete site for attending the leakage shall not be handed over to contractor at a time. Site of leakage only be handed over to the contractor on site requirement basis. (iii) Contractor / Supervisor shall collect complaint of leakage from concerned JE as daily basis and shall complete the complaint on the same day. (iv) If leakage again found during the currency period of contract at the repaired location, contractor shall repair again without any extra cost in terms of condition 46 of IAFW-2249 of General condtion of contracts. (v) Contractor shall provide equipments like JCB / tractor etc. and fuel at his own cost and arrangement for rectifying the complaint as per site requirement and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (vi) The cost of Excavation & earth work is included in this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (vii)The cost of new PVC fittings along with necessary new CI/ DI Joint of required size are included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(viii) Old pipe fittings shall not used in this item.

Note:- The contractor shall deposited the old material retrieved from item no 04 to 26 to AGE E/M (Water Supply and Refg) store yard by his own arrangements without any financial benefits and shall maintain the record for the same as specified by Engr-In-Charge and GE.
