Supply, install, commissioning & testing of diesel engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure approved by CPCB-II and control system for 30 KVA output at site, AC 415 volts, 50 C/S, 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories, equipment control panel etc as detailed below complete all as specified & directed consisting of following ;- (A) Diesel engine :- Diesel driven engine of suitable capacity to drive alternator of cap 30 KVA, water cooled and electric start, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder, four storke, 1500 RPM, industrial type as per ISO-1546-1 / BS5514 of DG set complete with following standard accessories as per manufacturer recommendations or all as specified and directed. (a) The gen set should have capacity to run continously in variable load condition for unlimited hours and should also have a 110% load capacity of 01 hour in every 12 hours of operation. (b) Air System - Inlet & Exhaust comprising (i) Dry-type paper element air Cleaner (ii) Restriction Indicator / Vacuum Indicator (iii) Optimised Turbocharger (iv) Intake Manifold (v) Exhaust Manifold (vi) Silencer muffler (vii) Stainless steel Exhaust Flexible coupling (c) Cooling System comprising (i) Radiator to suit ambient conditions (ii) Cooling system piping (iii) Thermostates (iv) Pressure cap (v) Coolant Inhibitor (vi) Engine Driven Fan (d) Fuel System comprising (i) Fuel pump -Low pressure type (ii) Injectors (iii) Cartridge paper filters primary and secondary for Fuel (e) Governor :- Engine Electronic Governor for A1 governing of engine speed from No load to full load. (f) Lub Oil System :- (i) Plate Type lub oil cooler (ii) filters-lubrication oil (g) Fuel Tank :- Draw out type integral fuel tank of suitable capacity or as recommended by manufacturer with level indicator in ltrs, provided with drain plug and air vent / breather and inlet and outlet connection (h) Electric Starting system comprising (i) Electrical starter - 12 Volts (ii) Engine driven battery charging alternator (iii) Cut Out and (iv) One No of 12 volts of 88 AH or recommanded by manufacturer maintenance free battery with suitable connection terminals and leads for proper battery connection

(j) Engine Monitoring, Protection and Diagnostics relay suitable to display (i) Lub oil Pressure (ii) Coolant Temperature (iii) Engine Speed (iv) Hours Run (v) Battery Voltage, Battery charging voltage (vi) Fuel level in percentage, (vii) AC Voltage 3 phase (viii) Current RYB 3 phase (ix) Power Factor (x) Frequency (xi) KVA (xii) Kilowatt and suitable for (i) Start and Stop (ii) Common Shutdown (iii) High coolant temp warning and shutdown (iv) Low tube oil pressure warning and shutdown (v) Low fuel level shutdown (vi) Overspeed shutdown (vii) Alternator Protection including Over voltage, Under voltage, Over and under frequency and Over current lub (k) Misc Accessories i.e - (i) Flywheel Housing (ii) Flywheel (iii) Anti-vibration pads (iv) Emergency stop push button etc completer all as required for smooth operation of DG set or recommended by manufactrurer. (B) ALTERNATOR :- Self excited, self regulated screen protected drip proof type with Class 'H' Insulation Salient pole revolving field and electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator for voltage regulation of + 0.5% from No load to full load, standard enclosure 415 Volt 50 HZ 4 pole 15 KVA cap complete as per IS-13364-2 and conf to IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970 complete all as required or recommended by manufactrurer.

(C) LT Control Panel:- AMF panel board indoor type made out of CRCA sheet (18 Gauge/2mm) thick totally enclosed, weather dust and vermin proof with front opening, 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity for three phases and neutral duly colour coated with coloured heat shrinkable PVC sheelves, Multifunctional digital controler relay for AMF operation and display of electrical parameters, manual Start/Stop facility, Two Nos Electrically operated contactor 4 pole of suitable capacity for DG set and main supply, complete all as specified, contractor on indication, controller off indication, Phase Indicators, engine start push button, engine stop push button and fault accept / reset push button including battery charger comprising transformer, rectifier, resistance, DC volt meter DC Amp meter and charge rate selector switch, all accessories prewired with suitable size copper conductor cable or strip all as required or recommended by manufacturer. (D) Acoustic Enclouser :- Shall be suitable to confirm Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) norms of 75 DBA within 1 meter under free field conditions, having air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at ambient conditions on air inlet temperature,powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish with UV resistant powder coating to with stand extreme environments, designed to have minimum ease for unloading & shifting , i.e with central lifting facility, rust free hardware made of stainless steel, Insulation material to meet IS:8183 specifications. (E) Foundation :- PCC foundation with (1:2:4) type B2 with 40mm aggregate upto ground level and PCC foundation with (1:2:4) type B1 with 20mm aggregate above ground level for DG set or all as per manufacturer recommendation or required at site or directed by Engineer-in-charge. (F) Testing :- Testing of DG set will be carried out for NO LOAD,GRADUALLY INCREASING LOAD, FULL LOAD and 10% OVER LOAD (ii) All arrangement for carrying out testing will be the responsibility of contractor and expenses incurred for testing is deemed included in the quoted amount of contractor. (G) POL and other arrangements required during testing shall be carried out/arranged by contractor. (H) The testing & commissioning of DG set shall be carried out by IEM. (J) DG set comprihensive maintenance spare, filter, engine oil etc during difect liability period shall be arranged by contractor and the cost of the same is deemed included in the rate quoted by contractor.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT panel outdoor type of size recommended by manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection ) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (internally and externally) powder coated, bus bar 300 amps rating made of aluminium strip duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply ,hibling , cable entry boxes , cable gland incl 50x50x6 mm frame (bottom portion of the panel) , grouted foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439-I , suitable for and including the following :- (i) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 250 amp rating thermal based release with rupturing capacity 36 KA - 01 No as incomer, Make- Legrand DRX type Cat No 669187 or equivalent Model in Siemens /Schneider /ABB/L&T. (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 160 amp rating thermal based release with rupturing capacity 36 KA - 02 No for outgoing, Make- Legrand DRX type Cat No 669187 or equivalent Model in Siemens /Schneider /ABB/L&T. (iii) MCCB 3 pole 415 volts with thermal based release rupturing cap 25 KA, 100 amps - 02 Nos for outgoing , Make- Legrand DPX3 type Cat No 420043 or equivalent Model in Siemens /Schneider /ABB/L&T. (iv) Indicator set RYB -01 Set of 3 pcs only Make- L & T/AE/C&S (v) Multifunction digital panel meter suitable to display amps, volts, frequency etc - 01 No including CTs of appropriate ratio Make- Schneider / L & T / Legrand. (vi) MCB ,SP 10 amps -03 Nos Make- Legrand /Hager /Havells/L&T (vii) On load change over switch 160 Amps, 4 Pole, AC 415 V Manual change over open execution - 01 No. Make- C&S /Havells/L&T (viii) All accessories prewired with suitable size copper conductor cable or strip including foundation as per manufacturer instruction all as required and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to earth test point/MCB DBs all as specified and indicated compete with funnel, charcoal, dust, salt etc and GI protection pipe, medium grade 40mm bore and GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade, 40mm thick precast RCC M-15 (nomial mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x4mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected including test point, complete, all as specified & directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Supply , laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 50 sqmm 3.5 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor overall PVC sheathed laid in trenches /pole/ along wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply , laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 16 sqmm 4 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor overall PVC sheathed laid in trenches /pole/ along wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid]

M & L for well burnt bricks , laid flat ( old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc (for cable, pole stay manhole etc), in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc. 50m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.
