SCH 'A' Pt - VIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Contains Ser item No 3.01 to Ser item No 6.02)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of internal water supply notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II (Internal Water Supply) shall also be applicable.

Supply and Fixing 15mm bore stop valve , quarter turn fancy type, cast copper alloy ,chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed Type),screwed down high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions and fixed, complete all as specified & as directed.

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), in PVC conduit complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through with and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia ( heavy duty ) ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow,junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken box of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable length and 1.2mm thick ), 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting with frame and top cover for switches and socket ,fan regulator, for light/fan point controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note for serial item no.4.01 to 4.04 :switches , sockets & fan regulator shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring with two single core of size 2.50 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium quality of size 20 mm dia conforming to 3537 Part-I ISI marked including all fittings such as Tee, Elbow, bend etc. drawn in and including one single core of size 2.50 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade as in contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as directed. (Colour code phase-Red, Nuetral-black and Earth as Green) complete all as specified & directed.Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit , conduit accessories i.e. PVC Clamp, rawl plug, screws, PVC junction box, Tee, bend , Elbow etc. and earth wire included in sub main wiring and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (b) Three single core 2.50 Sqmm cable including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20 mm dia shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing LED lamp minimum 3 star rated 9 W LED B-22 base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge with following specifications (a) Lumen system efficacy of lamp should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 45°C

Supply and fixing wall mounted Retro LED 20 watt, Batten decorative type, appx 4 feet long, pre wired including LED tube light 20W, 6000K, with inbuilt driver complete fitting and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED mirror light fiting 9/ 10 watt, 6000K, lineer & compact with decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbrd opal diffuser complete fitting with lamp and all other accessories fitting arrangements including electric connection connecting with using flexible copper wire twin core upto ceiling rose/connector, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , fixing and Testing New gerneration energy saving & long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP 65 luminaire with high power LED of 35 watt with toughened glass complete suitable for direct mounting on pipe bracket, fixing on wall with and including brackets made out of 40mm bore GI tubing light grade 1.20mtr long with suitable bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample)with reduced nipple to match dia of the light fitting, fixing with MS clamp (02 Nos) and nut bolts, including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint on bracket and clamp over a coat of red oxide primer, including making electric connection with using twin core copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V ( EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Panel board of suitable size as aproved by GE ,Factory made duly epoxy powder coated , compartmentalized cubicle type , weather proof, vermin proof, in door type, fabricated from 2.00mm thick CRCA steel sheet with necessary angle iron frame work with angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer , aluminum bus bar chamber of suitable rating for operation on 415 Volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC supply complete with glands plates, lifting hooks ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter connection, earthing terminals, labeling, cable alley suitable for termination of cables including supply and fixing of following accessories in the panel conforming to relevant IS specifications. The panel should be CPRI approved and having IP-52 ingress protection including necessary foundation and PCC work in PCC 1:2:4 , Type B-1 ,using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. INCOMER :- (a) MCCB 100 Amp , 4 Pole , 415 Volts , 25 KA - 01 No. (b) Digital type multifunction meter 0 – 500 Volts, 0-100 Amps, and set of cast resin CTs of suitable ratio -1 No. (c) Phase indicating lamps with MCB protection -1 set of three . BUS BARS :- (a) 150 Amps TPN bus bars of aluminum alloy with epoxy based insulation. OUT GOING :- (a) MCB 63 Amps , Tripel Pole , 415 volts, 10 KA, 'C' Curve-02 Nos.

Material and Labour for Making the hole under road / pavement / hardstanding for laying of GI tube light grade 50mm bore as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : The GI tube light grade 50mm bore shall be measured and paid as material and labour seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A' Part-V EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VI ( SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Material and labour for Soakage well of size 2.40 Mtr dia x 3.0 mtr effective depth complete as Excavation ,returning filling and removal, Concrete work PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, Brick work in CM 1:4 using with Burnt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks , Honey combing brick work in CM 1:3 using with brunt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks , Brick bats of broken burnt clay brick aggregates of size 40mm to 80mm and 80mm to 150mm ,15mm thick Rendring in cement mortar 1:4 with using water proof compound , Reinforced cement concrete work in M-25 (Design mix) ,Reinforced Concrete pipe Class NP3 of 200mm , Bed of cement concrete for Reinforced Concrete pipe Class NP3 of 200mm in PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded stone agreegates with packing under and haunching against the sides of pipies , PVC pipe 110mm bore for inlet and outlet,PVC Cowel shall be 75mm,TMT Reinforcement all as specified and as per drawing mentioned on serial page no.170(A) of particular specifications here-in-after. Note: The cost of material and labour to construct and to make the soakage well fully functional is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for 10 users 2000 ltrs capacity FRP moulded Anaerobic Septic Tank for an anaerobic design in which bacteria treats waste under most favourable conditions, process effectively prevents rapid accumulation of sludge and suspended solids from passing through the system untreated with innovative engineering design of the inlet- outlet short circuit of waste water which is prevented to ensure long and enough retention time for effective treatment, thus the effluent dose not contain any solid or scum that could clog up the pipe line.The septic tank is buried underground, solid and liquid waste flow into it. Heavy solid waste settle to the bottom of the septic tank (known as sludge). The liquid wastes are also held in the septic tank while bacteria break down solids into liquids in an anaerobic environment, process is known as primary treatment certain bacterias and viruses are adsorbed into solid particles and held in the sludge or scum layers, allowing for limited removal of disease causing organisms at the stage. All that has to be done for fitting the tank is to fill the tank with water, connect the drain line to the inlet and outlet to the soak pit. Cover the manholes with the lids provided and tank is ready to use including 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates below foundation and vent shaft connection, including excavation, returning and filling, removal of excess soil, connection to existing sewage line including site clearance etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
